Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Domuya in celebration of D1 Flexis' 1st Birthday....

    1. It's normal. Foreign packages will pass through customs but in the US we're usually not charged a fee.
       
    2. That's normal! I've even had a box go through Customs twice (it entered and went through customs in NY, then went to Atlanta to go through customs again?!). Once customs releases it, you should have it very very soon!
       
    3. Does anyone here knows how long it usually takes Domuya to respond to messages send with the "contact" option on the website?
      I'm still waiting for both my order to be shipped and a response to a question I asked using the contact option.
       
    4. Has anyone here successfully emailed Domuya and gotten a response? I only received part of my order at the beginning of this month and can't get a reply from them at all about the rest of it. I have emailed them twice as well as PMing their account here.
       
    5. I received a reply from Domuya yesterday on a message I send using the contact option on the website the day before yesterday. No response on a message sent the same way a week ago. Maybe it got lost.
       
    6. I finally received word from Domuya today. Regarding email issues, this is what they said:

      We are really sorry for the matter, recently, we have encountering problem with our email server, several email server had blacklisted our outgoing mail server due to suspected spam, as we had sent our tons of email within short period of time (due to shipping notification email etc), we had been banned on some major email provider eg. Hotmail, RR, aol, gmail etc. we finally sort out the issue with our hosting provider to get us out of the most spam database only until yesterday...

      That sucks, to be blacklisted as spam because of shipping notices.
      In case anyone else needs it, [email protected] is apparently the proper address to email. (I was reprimanded for emailing the wrong account! :sweat) They also said they would get my missing item out to me this week. :)
       
    7. I bought a wig from Domuya,and I swear,it's the most beautiful wig ever!!! I love it,and it was home in a week :D
       
    8. I got my Motoko, I think most if not all should now have thier dolls.
