Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. Both of these dolls, left-Tang Yao, right-5 Star female, are supposed to be "normal pink" by their companies. My lousy photo may not be much good for showing color comparisons, but here's what I have.

    4. The Tang Yao/ "Morgan" is probablly a 2010 and came from the last store stock of Dragon Dolls from Mint On Card, when they discontinued them. Morgan has probablly yellowed a bit. I seem to remember he was slightly pinker just out of the box. Body style is version 2.
      I took this picture right after I finished their face ups, and my memory is not what it used to be. The female is a "Bright" 5 star male head on a 5 Star female body;named "Zora". She is a little newer than Morgan.

    5. I have normal yellow Dragondoll resin and New Normal IoS resin. Is that useful to anyone? -_O
      I know without looking that it's not a great match, but I would be willing to take pics anyways. :3
      From Grouchy Gnome's picture, the pink actually looks like a good match. IoS is pale pink with yellow undertones, it matches slightly aged Dollmore quite well. :3

      In the meantime that I am taking comparison pics, here's a picture of my Infernale on a Dollmore body, for what it'll help!:

      The light is low, but Dollmore is very pink. It's not a terrible match!

    6. Genevieve - thanks! If you wouldn't mind taking some photos that could be very helpful. I'm wondering if I can match an IoS new normal with Dragondoll.... anything. Even if the Dragondoll normal yellow resin and IoS don't match it might give me some more idea about how it compares to their normal pink - if you see what I mean. :)

    7. What a gorgeous picture, Genevieve, for purely practical reasons ^^, Now that vampire for sure isn't one to be scared away with a crucifix :D, thankfully so!

      Grouchy Gnome      , I suppose fairly new Dragondoll bodies will be pinker than yours, so I'd rather be looking for a slightly aged one.

    8. Just in case anyone was thinking about buying a Dragon Doll at the moment..... Alice's Collections has a notice on their site to say that the prices of these will be "significantly increased" from April 1st!

    9. From what I've heard, Dragondoll changed their resin colour a few years ago. I don't remember what the cutting year was, but that's why old Normal Pink look very close to Normal Yellow, but new Normal Pink is definitely pinkier

    11. I'm actually waiting on a pink skin doll right now. I asked about Qing Yue so much on AC that it was added to the site for me :). I might be able to do some color comparisons with my other pink skin dolls when she gets home.

    15. I'm wondering about getting a new body for my Ying Ying . Does anymone know wich body fits dragon doll.
      My Ying Ying is quite old, i purchased her on 2013... I saw an hybrid later on this thread, is it a dollchateau body ? is there any other bodies that fits dragon doll because I'm not a big fan of dollchateau

    16. Could any of you guys help with a question about headsize? I know their heads are smaller, do they look ok next to other doll companies with rounder heads? 8-9 wig is my doll family’s average.
