Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. darkstar ! i am *insanely jealous* !! :) i am turning poodle pink with sheer utter (caps lock) jealousy !!! :):):)

      please post pictures post haste. it is not my birthday yet, i have to wait for this weekend. my husband will not tell me if he is buying me antonio for my birthday one second before it (caps lock) is my birthday *huge sigh*.

      *grabby hands* wanty want wanty want. hurry. i love owners pics.

    2. Finally got a chance to get some pictures of him. Excuse how my camera washes out the WS - I have a real problem with that (and I love WS! - cheap little camera!).

      He really did come with everything shown in the photos. The wig is kind of funky: it's a mohair cap and then these two long "tails" that are longer than to his knees. I still have to play around with the headpiece. It kind of came backwards (the little "diamonds" were facing the wrong way to put it on the logical way) so I have to get out my jewelry tools and switch it around. He came with four sets of ears: human, elf, a wing-type and what I believe is considered mer ears. He has a tendency to do this weird thing with his pelvis (maybe it's just mine) where it wants to kind of pop out! And his hands are bit of a problem. They are held on mainly by magnet and fit into these two shallow grooves on each hand. But they don't fit very snugly and there must be some distance between the magnets because they also tend to pop off and it's a little difficult to get the wrist joint to move the way you want to because of it. But his sculpt is gorgeous, as is the face up. I'm really impressed with him - he is just what I was looking for! (Oh, and those are my eyes - he came with a sort of aqua blue/green set but with full pupils but they aren't what I had in mind for him.)

    3. darkstar, i love him! :) congratulations ! he really made me do this: O_O. now, i had been leaning towards "getting all of him" meaning: head and body. Then: switch the hands for soom godmaster and switch the legs for soom hooves. *huge sigh*. if the hands are magnetic, that means that the wrist joint is 'clogged up' with a magnet, right. *huge sigh huge sigh*. grrrrrrrrr, why do i have to be one of those people who can't leave a lovely doll alone? i have to hybrid it immediately O_O.

      i do not like the idea of magetic hands, particulary if they 'un-magnet' themselves. the belly popping thing, i would probably find amusing :):) .

      bishounen_hideto: would it be possible to purchase 'additional forearms' without the magnets inside them ??? so that 'other hands' could be put on ?

    4. There is what appears to be a distinct ball joint at the wrist (granted, with the magnet) that is not part of the forearm. Perhaps you could just remove that entirely and, if the replacement hands have the ball on the end of them, it would probably be just fine. He's upstairs right now so I can't double check if that is correct at the moment. Oh, he'd be glorious in hooves!!!

    5. I checked and the magnet piece that connects the hand to the arm is a separate piece. However, when I pulled it out, I didn't see anything like an S-hook. The string coming down the arm loops into that little extra bit. But there are probably a number of ways to get around that. Now I am wondering if my new DollZone articulated hands might be nice for him! Had another doll in mind for them but this guy may just have to have them!

    6. whoooooo hoooooooo ! darkstar: thank you for checking :):) . I can then most happily, most probably get the soom god master hands onto him. i have the nicest darkest wig which was a gift for him. combined with sard hooves: ooooooh la la ! my italian stallion shall only be needing a gold wrist watch (yes, i even have the gold neck chains and i made him an italian horn charm...)

    7. Ah, I put him back away. Not much space here to keep him on display right now (I have a tiny little "walk-in closet" bedroom that I want to clear out to be my doll room - can set up the doll houses and all in there if I can ever get around to starting on that project!). Yes, I am liking the idea of using the DZ hands more and more for him. He's got that skull cane, after all, that needs hanging on to! He'll look absolutely fabulous with the hooves. I'm seriously considering keeping mine bald most of the time.

    8. darkstar, he looks very 'sculptural' with no hair. yes, i can see how he would look good bald. although, i am just of the opinion that he is one of those things that 'looks good anyway anyhow anytime, bring it on!' :):) . oooooh, yes! the jointy hands with the cane: you must. you can always get more jointy hands for the someone else.
