the eyebrows might be a smidge low, but i think that it's mostly that she has such a high forehead. if they were too much higher she would look surprised all the time. i bet if you get a wig with bangs/fringe you'll find they look just right. if not it's a great sculpt and you can always redo them higher later on. she is a cutie!

 

I think the best part of quinn is her changeable faceplate and easy to change hands. She came with 4 faceplate and 4 sets of hands. I'm not quite sure what will fit her though...

I was thinking blue Oscar eyes and maybe a black or dark brown wig but that depends if they make eyes and wigs that tiny lol. I think I'll also get her a wig that has some sort of bang.

CUTE!! Maybe Kelly clothes will fit? Or try Spampy or etsy with the search term: Realpuki or Lati White. She's deffinitely chubbier than Donny's other tinies.

 

she is cute and she is the same size as my pepper and turtle so a lot of realpuki things will fit only the feet are a little broader so
puki shoes or kelly shoes will be a little to smal, my kura even has broader feet. I have some pair of shoes that are bigger but don't know how I got them anymore.
I think a realpuki wig wil fit.

Does anyone know what “free spirit of the forest figurine during the first pre order period” means? I don't see a figurine in the pictures. Are they talking about the little berry? And is the tail fixed with a magnet or stringed?

 

a free forest figurine is a very small creature like the one I think that came with my tiny kura or pepper (can't remember) see picture.
and I think the tail is elastic because if you look close you can see it has more parts so he can move!..wonderfull...but I am saving for another doll...so no panda for me...but he is sweet!!

 

Tomorrow I get to start on a little house for my quinn (and maybe a realpuki). The idea I have is they moved into a tree stump and then found a witch hat and put that on top of their stump to make a taller home. I'm not sure how it'll go (or if the idea will actually pan out or if it'll look stupid) but my idea is they just found things and just added it to their home. We'll see.

lookame it sounds wonderfull...it is great to have idea's and try them out...even when they don't work. I make and destroy things like that....at the moment I have a pumpkin house with garden and the new place is a mix from sleich things...will make some pictures .
I already distroyed kura's cave .......don't have enough space for a lot of rooms...but he doesn't mind

ah yes the elfdoll seed I remember she is tiny too... I have some more of these tiny creatures (also from ccc creatures)..but didn't paint them yet...they would be lovely sleeping in eggs/leaves etc, have to work on that

 

Wilkies- Were you the only one to end up with the spirit of the forest figurine? There was an announcement up on the site about the orders from this past summer that were delayed coming with the figurine, but mine didn't when it arrived and other people with orders from the delayed batch mentioned also no figurine. ;_; I was super curious about it.
(Do you suppose Mr. Harijanto might sell them separately on request? I love it but I'm not so interested in the panda, adorable as it is.)
Your Kura with clothes on UNDER the shell is cracking me up. Not how most turtles work, but that's adorable!

 

After a delay in customs my turtle came finally. There was also a little forest figurine and yes she reminds me of Elfdolls Seedling, but I think it is even smaller. Did not expect the little one so no name yet but my Kura turtles name is Kaplumba. Need to shorten it but not sure in what .......Kappy, Kapu.........eeen Umba ?? oh we see. First enjoying this little fellows presence

I recently received a few DHS dolls and now I am afraid I want more. Trying to reallocate fun money bc they are limited... I can see this is dangerous LOL. I got one of the very last Leah's as I had been eyeing them since they came out. The blushing is so lovely... she seems so fragile somehow. Is the new resin superior? Should I be worried about her chipping? It is comforting to know that there is a doll hospital for new parts

I always love your photos Wilkies & thank you for the RP comparison. Love the blue eyes in Kura!! Very tempted to get one and try to find some bright green eyes. What size are yours?

 

Which dolls did you received Rose 414 ? Donny's dolls are amazingly well made even when they are so tiny as the Squees

 

I now have Honey, Doty, and Leah. Just updated above with a pic of Honey and Doty, Here is Leah. I am strongly considering Kura and Moley. The micros just amaze me, the pose-ability and all the teeny tiny pieces. They make me so happy!!! I've always loved tiny things.

Omg little bugs! Doty will always be a favorite of mine. Is the bumble bee glow in the dark also?

I've been doing some knitting for my moley. Decided he needed more clothes. So he got a hat with a sweater in process.

 

Oww they are so cute...............both Moley and Leah. Tiny dolls are my favorite too, actually I have only two bigger dolls and one biggie is coming from CCC too. All my other dolls are tinies .......every time I say now it is enough enough......but than an other little critter is winking at me and I fall in love again.
Hope to get a Dotty too, gosh the nose...........

i think it is a surprise gift, cause the berry looks like a real berry, just like the flower looks real. i can't see anywhere how the tail is attached, but it is jointed! red pandas are always my favorite at the zoo, i hope i can scrounge up the money for this one before it sells out!
i've been really busy this past week and haven't been on doa at all, so was thrilled to see all the great pics on this thread when i checked in this morning

 

LOL!! The Little Bee and Ladybug look like they are romping in the secret dark places and we caught them!! Gosh those two sculpts are the best!
