That's adorable MuJa. How did you make the tops? I saw BJDcollectasy had a tutorial on making tiny dresses using DHS Piko as a model, but they just used a ribbon tie at the top part. I'm not sure I'd dare try sewing a proper body suit at that size!
What you need is a very thin needle and a stretch fabric. But to sew the blue body with black thread you need good daylight or a very bright lamp. I prefer to sew by day these tiny things.
