  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       Not too sure if I can sort it out myself or if need to contact Dreamhigh (I suspect the latter)

      PrincessR I'm sorry to hear you can't attach your Dragonia's wings... I'm sure DHS will fix it for you! (I really like how her antlers have caught the light in that photo, they look like amber!)

      Would you believe it? I was waiting for the week-end to sort out the wings ... and last night I got a PM from Dreamhigh - I hadn't even got around to emailing them yet. Letting me know how to go about getting a replacement.

      Well I am amazed! I have NEVER seen such fantastic customer service. I'm a bit overwhelmed to be honest.
      Wow is about as explanatory as I can muster right now. But seriously "WOW" Thank you Dreamhigh, you're the best. Great products and best customer service in the World ever! :aheartbea

    14. Not only the dolls are really great, Donny is also a very nice person.............and of course he is .....he lives in my birth town !!!...............lol. No kidding he and Linda are nice and gentle persons, my brother met him twice and he had a wonderful time with them.

    20. The majority of Donny's dolls are limited, yes. I believe he usually only makes between 20-50 of each doll, depending on the sculpt :) There are a few non-limiteds though, thankfully! ;)
