DreamingDoll Discussion (Ddollshop) , Part 2

Also curious about the winter event. My spouse ordered a Ryuna for me for Christmas, but I guess he didn't understand about the Winter event, so didn't choose an event head with the order. Will I still get one? As with Maedwe above, I QA'd them about it and all the answer I received was a link to the winter event page.

 

Lovely dolls, everyone. ;v; I feel like this is such an under appreciated, but lovely, company! Here's my Velvet~

 

Velvet is really cute, and I agree! I love DreamingDoll and I think all their sculpts are so beautiful! This is definitely one of my favourite companies. I've only got one Little Elva from them but I love her so much and I'm planning on getting more of them. I'm just having problems to decide which one I want. I adore Lovely Betsy, Bella and Ryuna. Do any of you own any of these sculpts?

DreamingDoll is also one of my favorite dolls companies. I've got two dolls from them ( an Elva Lisanne and a Little Elva Misora ). But I would like them to do more male sculpts...

So, I don't have a little Elva yet, but there are a few I've been looking at and debating between one of them is Ryuna and the other is Misora and I've really enjoyed looking at all the pictures you guys have of your dolls in those sculpts. My first doll is actually on order from Ddoll, she's an Impdoll Bobo. I don't see me waiting too long until I bring another doll home to keep her company though =).

 

It's great to see more action in the Dreaming Doll thread, and some really beautiful dolls, too. I love a lot of their sculpts and for a while I thought I'd get two or three of them - they deliver so quick and were really helpful with my requests, too.

I just "met" Dreaming Doll last night and I have completely fallen under Lia's spell Of course, I won't have the funds to buy her until next year probably And I saw today that they have the option of a junior body!!! I love this idea! Anyone have comparison pics between normal and junior Little Elva bodies?

ETA - okay, just found one on ddollshop.com. Slightly shorter, smaller hands, and no waist joint?? Anyone got one they can review for me in terms of poseability etc?

 

So I just discovered this company last night and I'm totally blown away by these cuties! I'm a full-blown Fairyland addict but lately have found myself wanting to branch out and try dolls from a few different companies. And I think this one just might tempt me to actually do that XD

Has anyone purchased a doll from them on layaway? I'm thinking that might be a good way to get a lovely new girl and possibly a new wardrobe for her while I'm at it. And what are their general wait times like after payment is made?
I'm currently leaning toward Ryuna but honestly, they're all lovely!
Sorry for the noobish questions (I looked for a waiting room thread but didn't find one), but I'm really excited to have discovered a new company I'm really excited about! Bonus points for Ryuna spam?

 

I'm a Fairyland MNF's addict too, but I must say that DreamingDolls is my next favorite company for the girls sculpts. I find that their dolls are some good competitors to the Fairyland's ones.

I saw an awesome MNF/Ria hybrid on Flickr the other day.... I think they definitely look like a great second company to try after FL. I just wish they did a smaller bust size with a rib/waist joint!

I didn't find a Dreaming Doll Discussion thread, but there could be one that I'm just not finding. I just wanted to know how well Dreaming Doll bodies posed and such-- I would like to buy a Little Elva Ryuna, but if the body doesn't pose as well I want to hybrid her on to a different body.

Hi Dreamer, the general feelings I've gotten is that they pose quite well - double jointed elbows though only single jointed knees. There's a video review of a Little Elva on youtube that I found quite helpful if there's nothing back through this thread that helps. Have you searched on Flickr too?

In my opinion, they're may not the most wonderful posers. I think the legs could really use double joints. But otherwise the body is pretty good. I've got the normal Little Elva girl body.
