Yeh, she's a bit too baby faced for my taste, but it certainly works for the tons of people into that aesthetic..

And thanks -^^- Her's was the first 'girl face-up' I did, that I liked ^^° The new girl has a certain innocent and young looking appeal. I think the big eyes might also aid with that. Otherwise she rather reminds me of Loongsouls William (who can be put on a girl body too-^^-)
There are a lot of sculpts that are baby-faced, innocent and on a mature body but that will depend on the faceup
Yea she is pretty baby-faced, but I think it's adorable. XD I like lots of different kinds of sculpts...which I suppose is going to end up being a problem for me financially. X_x;
It's not even a face-up thing for me, I just don't like big eyes like that anymore; I was never really 'into' it, but didn't mind the more stylized, big eyed dolls at one point. Maybe it's because I've never been into the whole anime thing everyone loves so much. I think that it's very much a baby face thing. I don't like it and it's not something that can really be fixed for me. But that's just me. I'm always happy to see what other people do with dolls different than my taste. It's always very interesting. We all have our own sense of taste and that's what makes the hobby so awesome. Thanks for posting, Miyukisetsu. It's totally another big eyed little thing. She could be Betsy's sister.
Yea I'm not a fan of Alina at all...something weird about her face. I don't really see big eyes as "anime", really...cause admittedly I'm not into anime at all. I just think big innocent eyes are cute on certain sculpts. XD I think everyone in this hobby has certain sculpts and aesthetics that they just think look super strange...I know I've got quite a few that I just don't see the appeal of. Like you said, though - that's what makes the hobby as awesome as it is. It'd be boring as hell if everyone had the same doll.
