I've been wanting a Dust of Dolls Cham, but haven't had any lucky finding one, at least for a reasonable price. So I jumped on the chance at Cham Namu. I wasn't sure at first, but now I think Namu would make an adorable boy.
I ordered Namu on Sunday. What is your experience with the DoD and their customer support? How long do they need to answer emails? Thank you!
The last few days have been my first experience ordering from DoD directly and so far customer service has been great. I was having trouble with the website when I ordered and they emailed me back within a few hours and straightened everything out. I can't speak for anyone else, but so far I'm pleased :-)
They have always been good to me, they can take up to a week it seems to create layaway page details (but that’s more involved than responding to an email), but have never taken more than two days to get back to my direct emails about change of addresses on my past orders. Regardless of the time, it’s always polite and helpful!
Hi! If you don't mind me asking, do you know what size tights she is wearing? I'm looking for some to fit Cham but not sure if I'm looking at the right sizes!
Can anyone help with shoes for Cham or what size fits her? I wonder if YOSD size is too small, but MSD seems to big. Is it better to go for a size that is bigger, even by like a full centimeter, than her foot size?
Cham wears yosd size shoes. Anything else will be too big. Obviously some shoes will fit better than others. I have a pair of shoes that are a bit tight for her and she can only wear without socks, but they're the only ones I've had trouble with so far. Anything else fits perfectly with or without socks.
Thank you so much for the help! That was what I originally thought, lol, but then confused myself. She's my first doll of this size, so a bit of a learning curve as to what fits or doesn't.
Glad I could help! I'm personally very pleased that Cham uses yosd size shoes because it's so difficult to find shoes for inbetween sizes (I have two other dolls in that same size than Cham and they're inbetween). With Cham I would say it's a bit more difficult to find clothing that fits well. Generally yosd size is smallish and minifee size is biggish It's a bit of trial an error in that respect.
Luckily, I've grabbed a commission spot from sometimesdolls, so at least I know I will have some clothing pieces tailored for her but I would like to find some more pieces!
Is here someone with a Cham and Minifee at home? I would love to see a comparison picture , the next Cham prorder is in January and i'm not sure if i get her or not :/
