  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       Seems that Dust of Dolls has the Krots at home but with a problem in hands and feet (factory puts a big hook and this makes that the dolls cannot move properly their feet and hands). They will send back to the factory the feets and hands. I wrote them because I prefer to solve the problem myself that continue waiting nobody knows how much. I really hope they didn't sent the package to the factory yet T_T

    4. I appreciate them letting us know via an email. For us people who also ordered faceups it may not take longer than what we would have to wait anyway for the faceups to be done, but for those who ordered a blank doll it will make the wait longer and I can understand the frustration.
      Personally I would rather want a doll that DoD can stand behind in terms of quality than one I would have to work on myself to make it work, so I am glad they are doing it this way.
      Fingers crossed that the factory will be fast to return the feet and hands without the huge hooks, and that we all will soon enough have those lovely dolls in our hands.

    5. I understand your point, for this reason I think that they should give the customers the chance to choose what to do. For me (I ordered the dolls without faceup and without any other extra) this could supose a delay of about a month (because chinese customs are really slow too). I read that I am not the only one that prefer to solve the problem by herself. I really wish they can give us this chance.

    6. The thing is, it might be easier to just send all the hands/feet back rather than having to do it so for some orders and not for others ?
      I hope the hooks didn't damage the inside of the arms/legs, in a way that would make them more fragile.

    7. Well, it depends, they will save the time to remove hands and feet of some dolls and later having to put them back by themselfs. I also really wish that the dolls won't be damaged due to the factory mistake :\

    8. Yukari, I hope for you and those who wish to do it themselves that you will get the option!

      I'm so excited for my Këte, and even though it's hard to wait so long, I can feel that once I have her I won't even mind and will be so happy. I am just very happy that I was able to order her at the time because I think they are such amazing sculpts!

      Hoping everything will be resolved in a way everyone is happy with!

    9. I'm with annina here, yes the wait IS a pain as i ordered two blank Aries with no extras but i would rather them be in good condition with no mistakes than me try to fiddle around with them and mess things up.

    10. I was wondering whether anyone has heard anything new about the Krots? We left it with them going back to the factory but has anyone heard anymore about it? I REALLY hope it's not going to be too long this time! the wait is killing me *_**_*.

Finally they didn't allow me to solve the problem myself (they said me that it was really difficult to remove the S hooks without damaging the resin), but they told me that the factory promised them to resolve it in 2 days when they recive the package. Anyway I don't know if Dust sent the package to the factory or not (I supose that there are tons of hands and feet to remove X_X). Also Chinese customs are really slow controlling all the packages (in both ways, importation and exportation), and when Dust receive the package they need to assemble again each doll, so... I think that it will take at least 2 or 3 more weeks.

      I wrote an e-mail some days ago to Dust of dolls and yesterday I got an answer. Seems that the package was sent but no news from the factory:

      we don't have any news yet. I'm sorry.
      We are doing our possible to be fast as we can!
      I hope they received the package, and finished their work quickly!!
      and I hope they will give us news soon!
