Hehe, I have just (unexpectedly) adopted a Krot Kete! I was originally smitten by Arie, but I just couldn't refuse a home to a Kete in need, hehe!! She'll be here next week hopefully... I don't really know what the plan is... but I'm really looking forward to having her! I really admire all Dust of Dolls' sculpts Enjoying very much seeing everyone's photos
Joining in here as I've also adopted a Kete I really wanted her when she was released but couldn't afford her then and tried to put her out of my mind, so when I saw one looking for a new home I had a mild panic attack xD She's gonna be home sometime in october and I've been so excited arranging stuff for her! I've been trying to find dollhouse kits that will fit her but I'm not 100% convinced I found the right one yet.

EEEEEEEE! I'm getting a little NS Arie! ahhhhh I'm so excited I can't wait until she gets here. I'm super nervous because I haven't had a doll so tiny in a very long time! I think she is going to be my little robot girl but we'll see what happens when she arrives!

Me too! I couldn't believe it when I saw her on the marketplace! TBH I popped in to see photos of these cuties and when I saw Marshmallow I fell in love all over again and forlornly went to stare at the marketplace WTB threads because I never expected there to be a For Sale thread with an Arie in it! Congratulations SmoteyMote, I hope she gets to you quickly! My own little darling arrived today, and I'm half love, half agony xD I love her to bits, she's the first doll I've gotten that has arrived blank, but she's maybe the most expressive doll I've ever owned. But on the other hand she's so tiny I'm super terrified of breaking her it's going to take some getting used to, still I do love her size, so adorable! I just snapped a quick picture with my phone before it got completely dark, hope to take some better pictures tomorrow before I send her off for a faceup on thursday, it's going to be a difficult wait for her to get back. I ordered a couple but I love these soft, thin mohair wigs that a lot of you have - where are you getting them, if you don't mind me asking!?
Oh Rivon! Finally you got your little Këte!! Congrats! I'm glad to see your little one with her wig =). I understand what you mean, I'm always afraid about breaking an arm or a hand, they seem very fragille X_X!
Eee! Ärie just arrived in Chicago which means she might even be here this week! Plus her wigs from DDE should come in tomorrow! Clothes will be a little slower but I don't think these cuties really need clothes anyway. Ahaha. Are their hands/feet on itty bitty s-hooks or are they on closed loops (o-hooks?)? I was thinking about doing some airbrush work but restringing her seems a little daunting!
No they are strung on little strings connected to the elastic, you can see it here: http://blog.dustofdolls.com/?p=510 I don't think there would be s-hooks small enough to fit in there.
