I got her eyes from Dreamingtreestudio.com Such fun colors and so cheap too. As mentioned above there is a wait but for unique colors sooo worth it.

 

Dollmore is having a sale on their glass eyes in april, they have 6mm and 8mm. For acrylics you could try ebay seller mimiwoo.
I bought a Catsy and a Jindelrae and Kay head and a Monaemi body, I ordered face up's but only the Catsy doll came with eyes. But they added two pairs of eyes as a gift to my order.

I used to be a relatively regular poster on here but it got very quiet! I'm so glad to see that there is some action again and that the little Elfdolls have new fans. I've loved seeing new photos on here too!
I thought I'd share a photo of one of my girls, Twig, she got a new horse back in January but because the weather was a bit cold, had to keep him in the stable. However, today was lovely so she decided to take him out for a ride.

Wow, that horse is a perfect scale for Twig! She looks amazing. Nice jeans too -- where ever did you find them?

 

Thank you icicle! Yes, it was a bit of luck finding this horse and not at all expensive either. I actually bought it for my Hana Angel but realised when I got home that her feet would be dangling on the floor!!
The jeans were made by Spampy many years ago.

Dambuster, your girl is so cute on her horse! I beginning to wonder if I will receive my Tiny. A couple of us haven't received our dolls and now they no longer make them I'm worried that they won't be able to replace the order if it's a case that they were lost on the way to EMS somehow. UPDATE: I've just checked the number again on the off-chance that it was working and it is! It was shipped out yesterday - two weeks after I was told! Sorry, but for some reason I can't use the return button at the moment on this website - random!

Thank you smudge! I'm also glad to hear that you order is on it's way! I recently heard from someone else who's order wasn't even processed, so it's good to hear that he was a one-off, not great news for him though
I tried to log into my Elfdoll account yesterday and although I tried every combination of my user name and password, their site just kept throwing my out as having the wrong password. I have no idea why, as I used not to have any problems in the past.

 

Thank you both, I'm glad to be on the side of excitement again! That's such a shame that someone's order wasn't processed. They must be so disappointing.

 

I had that happen to me three in the last few months. Each time I had to register a new account with a new email since my preferred email was still attached to the first account. sigh... The last time, I set up a new account with my husband's email and asked Oka on Q&A to reset the password for me. Each time I log on it feels like Password Russian Roulette -- will it work?? will it not?? agh! I feel your pain.

Lurker here coming out of hiding. Saw this and thought I would let you know to have them watch the dates in case they need to make a claim. I received my order last Saturday on day 46 after I ordered and it was missing one item. I posted a comment and checked for two days and never had a response. When I checked on Monday my post was gone. I left another and checked during the day and on Tuesday it was gone. I put up another and it is still there with no answer. I tried to make a claim with PayPal to at least get a response but the dispute wouldn't process. I called them to find out why and it was because it was ordered more than 45 days ago. They said you have to file a dispute that you didn't receive the item even if it is being processed or shipped. Fortunately the credit card company allows for 60 days so I have had to file a claim with them. I'm really disappointed because I had ordered a winky and an extra body for the extra head and the body is what is missing. I'm afraid they won't be able to send one.

But on a good note I love winky and the hiro I did get. They even sent me a sleeping hiro head as a gift. And I really love looking at everyone's pictures.

 

On that last message the first statement was a quote from above. I guess I messed up getting it to show as a quote!

 

carollq, lately they seem to only answer on the q&a once a week, sometime in the middle of the week like wednesday.
did you check quite a few pages back if maybe they answered your message but it's much further back?
because when I asked mine and since the questions pile up with them answering once a week, when they answered mine it was on page 4 I think..

sorry though that your order went so wrong, and it's good to remember that we can claim money with the creditcard company usually longer than with paypal. I hope your problem can get resolved for you!


also about passwords not working, I've had something like that happen to me on another site, I just couldn't log in even though I knew I was inputting my password correctly, then I realized it was one of my Firefox add-ons. the particular one that was causing the problem for me was "Ghostery" and what did the trick was that I had to click on its icon and "whitelist" the site I was on, and then I was able to log in.
Just a thought in case it could be a problem with an add-on or similar.


edit: carollq, I was looking at the q&a board and I can see several of your questions (not the actual questions but your username and that you posted), Elfdoll seems to have answered more now, and I can see one of you on page 2, page 4, and page 6, each one was answered by Elfdoll but the very last number on the line under "Hit" which shows how many times a post has been looked at shows "0" everywhere, meaning maybe you couldn't find them to look at them.
These page numbers will change as people add more questions so if you see my post here later you may have to check other page numbers. By the way the page numbers are below the board in blue making them hard to see on the pink background. And if something is further back than page 10 you click "Next" and you get page 11 to 20 and so forth.

 

Carollq I'm sorry to hear about your missing items even if they were kind enough to send a free gift. It seems like quite a few people got free gifts, the bonus of a discontinued line I guess! I'd love a free Hiro but I think that would be extreme wishful thinking ��

Dambuster, sorry I forgot to comment on your logging in problems. Have you managed to resolve it yet? I hate passwords - I have to rely on the computer to remember them as I can never keep track of them all.

 

No, unfortunately, the problem hasn't resolved itself. I've even tried answer ALL of the security questions, and each time it just says that the answer is wrong, and that really is impossible! I know that I never changed my password at any time, it has always been the same and is the same for most of the BJD companies!! I think there just seems to be a problem with Elfdoll recognising me now. When I clicked on 'register' and checked for the user name, it comes up perfectly and says that it's already in use. Weird.

 

Finally hope to have figured out posting pics again with the help of a friend!

Biggy, thank you for posting about the Dollmore eye sale! I managed to snag three pairs of glass eyes for my new girls haha (I thought I bought two Sylf heads; one with a faceup and the other without, but turns out they mistakenly sent me a Lyn head with a faceup!) AND I got two wigs from their Banji line to try out Can't wait til they arrive so I can play with the eye colors!!!
