does anyone here have the boy motionline body? how is it? does it pose well? i was thinking about getting a mnf alan on it because it comes in tan dcvfbgfhng

@Urushi-kitty I have a good number of MNF and mostly they are motion line boys. Of which my scowling event Alan is on that body. (Though I could put normal Alan's head on the body if I wanted to.) My thoughts on that body are it is great, poses well and it makes a good wirey teen, or young adult. Age of doll depending on mold of head and face up plus outfit etc. Also note it uses the same feet as newer active line boys with the magnetic ankles and female high heel feet will fit that body no issues at all. (Also newer active line girls have feet almost same size, but I know Moe line boys and other older dolls have much smaller feet)

Given my small army of MNF I should do some foot comparison and trade photos one of these days, and even some male body comparisons. That is a future me project. lol

 

OOOOH thank you i didnt know they changed the foot size cuz i only have like one newer mnf body and its an active line girl so they could probably share shoes!

 

If the shoes are not hecking tight and have really good toe room then yes the boys and girls can share shoes a bit (100% so if a boy has on girl heel feet) the flat feet are slightly bigger on boys, but not a lot. Also keep in mind that the Moe line boys and girls have super tiny feet so like they can't easy share even with other MNF, though I have active line feet on my Moe boy to fix that. Also there are slight differences between active line bodies with magnetic ankles and the older versions. I think Fairyline boys are very close to motion line males for everything save the tricky way they are strung, but I can not say what Fairyline girl legs and feet are like. As closest I got to one is a seahorses tail on a gender nutral torso I use as a boy. XD

 

thank you all this is good to know! i do have a moe line boy and yeah most shoes are pretty big on him lol oh u have an alan, do u mind me asking wat size eye you use? denver doll says he'll come with like 12mm to 16mm which is quite a range lol

I recently got Aylin back from the spa and she is so gorgeous! Please excuse the shipping box and wig dyeing supplies in the background xD; it's well after dark so I could only manage a quick and dirty pic. I have got to get a photoshoot of her!

@Urushi-kitty I'm sorry, but I am unsure on what sized eyes he has in. That said I use a lot of Soom silicone eyes in my Fairyland dolls, normally MNF get 12mm, and feeple60/65s get 14mm, but in the case of Winchester my MNF Alan I actually forgot what size I used. I checked my flickr hoping I said as much there, and best guess is he has in 14mm eyes. As the side by side shot I took of him and my one of my feeple60 Alans the eyes seem to have same size irises. I know the bigger one has in 14mm eyes so sharing that pic for best guess judging. Attor, and Winn are both scowling Alans, but in f60 and MNF scales.

Haven't posted Ethan in a while, mostly because I couldn't settle on a "look" for him. Right now he's rocking this oversized Pac-man tee, think it suits him well enough!


Also, absolutely in love with the new Hwayu Halloween set. Going to get my hands on both of those minifee skeleton heads, because wow!

I am TOAST. I've never been one to get sucked into Minifee Fullset hype, but Catacomb Hwayu is perfect I think CP somehow took a good long look at my brain to figure out exactly how they were gonna get me with this one.

Does anyone know how long the Halloween event will last? I'm probably going to have to layaway through DenverDoll, I just need to make sure I time my payments right when I go into the layaway.

 

I got my Shiwoo on the motion line body--and I have been super impressed by it so far! It poses really beautifully. This is my first MNF, and my first FL doll in ages actually, and wowzers. Puts all my other dolls to shame, that's for sure.

I don't know if tan is limited anymore? I've not been keeping close tabs, but I think it's always available. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

 

oh i didnt know that! i asked dde and they said they werent sure abt tan. Good to know abt the motionline body, itll be my first mnf on that body...ive owned every mnf body but this and the mline girl lol

 

Congrats!!! I’m think I’m about to order mine… it was really hard for me to decide between Sirin and Catacombs Hwayu. They’re so different and lovely but I can only afford one.
