Fairyland MiniFee MNF discussion part 67

Yeah I don't like the FL pics for him, so my opinion of him is kinda "meh" for me personally. But I'm wondering if that will change when I see more owner's pics. His blank sculpt looks more interesting to me than the FL promo pics.

 

Yeah I saw some blank owner photos on IG but I haven't seen many custom ones yet. He does have a very strong pronounced nose and lips so it can be hard to invision him different

 

i know you said your tired of etsy but honestly thats where i shop aside from small artists on istagram like goodbye you hello me, rumpleclothing and whenever lolitaari_bjd posts clothes sales. my fave etsy shops are starshine designs, cottonhoney, and balljointedsoulmates. also minifees fit glitter girl dolls/welliewishers clothes if you want more budget friendly options, idk if moe line would fit the shoes though, their feet might be too small but its worth a try because glitter girls has cute shoes that light up!

 

I got my Rames the other week, and I’m looking forward to getting someone to put a non-default faceup on him. I liked the look of the sculpt, but the default did nothing for me in the pictures, and it’s even less to my taste in real life (the eyebrows really kill it for me). Luckily I do like the sculpt a lot with the faceup off.

I was looking at these etsy shops, I couldn't find starshine designs, maybe they're on a break? But I also browsed around and found new shops I hadn't seen before my long hiatus from the hobby. I did see stuff that I liked, so maybe I haven't given up on etsy after all Thanks once again for the recs!

 

There are two r (s) in starrshine, if it is the shop they mean. I just ordered a shirt from there.

 

Oh! Yes, that was it, I missed the second r! That's one store I've purchased from now that I'm looking at it. I got holographic leggings from them a few years ago but my dolls can't wear them anymore because the fabric is all messed up ( my favorite piece from them though was the cardigan

doing a trade with a doll friend of mine, i'm trading my mnf girl a line body for a boy mnf aline body which Zach needs because i dont think id ever get around to doing his torso mods...I do like how short he is on the girl body but I think this is for the best, i missed having a boy aline anyway.

 

Thanks for the tip, my girl now has cute jelly sandals from Glitter Girls. Not bad!

Let me share my joy - my new girl arrived home today. She is minifee Woosoo. At my request, the master made an eye modification of the sleeping head.
I wanted her for five years and finally decided to buy. The dream came true. She's so amazing!

It's super cute! I had to get it as soon as I saw it, she's wearing the leggings too.

Grabbed a pic of the other three band members too. Some day I will get a better pic with all five of them. Also someday I will finish painting everyone's nails their theme colors, but that can wait for dryer weather.
