1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Fairyland Multihead Discussion part 2

Jul 29, 2011

    1. Finally figured it out! I had NO idea I had to pull the hook so high up through the head back!! This is my Pukifee, my Littlefee has a completely different way of attaching the head.

A big "THANK YOU" to everyone for helping! Can't wait to actually start playing with my Juri.:)

    2. This is Titania, my Fairyland Cupid on a pukipuki body.I'm so fortunate to have her and she's an absolute dream.[IMG]

    3. Cute Cupid, Mahalo
Gaia75, nice wig, mind if I ask where it is from? :)
      ahh... looks like I missed the photos, 1930sgirl ^^;

btw, need a little advice, how do you keep wigs on multihead? without having to use velcro. I have yet to find silicon cap in size 4. Thanks for your help :)

    4. It was a wig from LEEKEWORLD, size 3. Wig was long, I trimmed it with scissors.Sorry for my bad english)

    5. marxwyn: [Actually, you would want a size 3 silicone cap, because they fit better on the doll's head when they're stretched]

Anyway: Try eye putty or double-sided tape.
…I have also been debating weather or not I dare to put a thin layer of silicone glue on the back of the head-cap. Technically: It's the same material, just in liquid form.

:daisy Here's some Max spam, in the meantime: :daisy

    6. Thanks GoodbyeKitty :)
      it's hard already finding shops that sell size 4 silicon cap, wonder if any sell size 3 ^^;

    7. Its been forever, and I've been wondering to keep or not my cupid head, but she is now the little sister to a Lati and with a new wig, here is Yuki-Chan:

    8. Glad you decided to keep her. She's so cute. :D

    9. I don't think I ever posted my Juri multi-head so here he is.

    10. Thank you Shlee, 1930sgirl & anthrogirl for hashing all of this out for the rest of us :aheartbea

…So after a year or so of advocating the 11cm Obitsu body for Multi's, I was finally able to save up enough money for a PKF body. Here are Pics of My Juri, "Max," both with and without the neck-adaptor-piece:

It's the PKF adaptor being used, incidentally. I was wondering where I put the MH adaptor, and now I know I'll have to look harder for it. the MH definitely looks better with more neck showing, but I think that the PKF adaptor makes the head sit a little too high…?

And of course that old familiar problem of a new-sized body needing new clothes and shoes :doh

      :daisy Amanda

    11. marxwyn: Thanks very much!
sazzlynn: He's so cute with his horse!
GoodbyeKitty173: Congrats on getting Max a PKF body!

    12. You're very welcome, Amanda...but I don't think I did much other than being confused.:) I'm glad it all helped though. Hope you have fun with a new wardrobe. I know I am...there are so many cute fashions and shoes for this size:)

    13. Oh...so cute! I just love the gorgeous blue eyes.:) Is your little one a girl or a boy...sorry, not quite sure?

    14. I added a kips disc that I cut down to size in Yuki's neck, and I think it helps her head sit just a bit higher and give her more neck for the puki body.
Here she is with her favorite color, peach:

    15. Sorry! I completely missed your question, marxwin: Denver Doll Emporium currently has a size 3 wig cap in stock, and you can also find them on eBay…

    16. thanks, GoodbyeKitty :D

Sazzlynn, I'm pretty sure I've seen your cute little one. If not here, on flickr maybe :)

    17. yuki chan is perfect. her head seems to be made for the puki body, my juri is happy on her pukifee body, but she said that the body carla uses is better,
she has her juri on resinsouldoll tiny body and she blushed it perfect.......I know I can't so she is happy on the pukifee body

    18. I think I need to suede mine. Both my multiheads move a lot and show the neckpiece.

    19. wilkies: Thanks very much! Your Juri is so pretty! I just couldn't be happy with my Juri, but yours looks great on the bigger body. I think Juri's look better on a larger body. And your wig is so cute, love the curls!

Rynn007: I've used a kips disc and cut it down, but hot glue will likely work to. (I just haven't tried it.)

Well, Yuki-Chan got a surprise today! Yume-Chan is home! They are my little twins. Yuki-Chan is the mischievous one who is very outgoing. Yume-Chan is the shy one who follows her sister, but tends to stay out of trouble!
I just gave Yume-Chan a quick face-up, til I can send her and Yuki-Chan off for new ones.

    20. I made Yuki-Chan a new dress today! I am happy with how it turned out!
