1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. Nice job on their wigs! I look forward to seeing your girls' new house when it is finished.

    2. Love Sunny's dress and the colour of it too!

    3. Thanks! It's a really lovely dress. One of the few crocheted dresses that I like.

    4. Your girl is super cute in her dress. But I think the lovely dress is knitted. If not, I would like to know the stitches, to try to crochet them.

    5. It might indeed be knitted XD I thought it was crochet but I could very well be wrong. I bought it off Etsy some time ago as I really liked the neckline and how small the stiches were.

    6. It is indeed knitted and nicely done!

    7. Yep, definitely a knitted dress. Probably done on sock needles or smaller. It is super cute and looks light and flowing. :)

    8. I thought it was crochet at first, too. You could certainly crochet something very much like it. A chevron stitch to get the wavy lines; double and triple crochet between the chevron rows to get the bit that looks like a shell stitch. Single crochet for the bodice and triple crochet for the neckline. I'm tempted to try it myself.

    9. Worth a try, but I think it’s too complicated for me without the numbers of stitches. I love to crochet this for my Pukifees, but I‘m not really talented, sigh. But still, it’s very tempting.

    10. I can't follow a written pattern for love or money. For me, figuring out how to make something is a combination of instinct and trial-and-error. The more trial-and-error I experience, the better my instincts become.

    11. I like the white rabbit of Fairyland's Alice in Wonderland release. Unfortunately that release was sold out years ago. My Pongpong is just a basic one, but I tried to copy the Fairyland outfit as well as I could. I haven't got the same kind of fabrics or trims, but I tried to create a similar outfit using materials I had.

    12. Oh, that’s a charming rabbit, so cute:D. You did a wonderful job:love.

    13. @spih you did a fabulous job! It does look like the original release. Your Pong is adorable!

    14. @spih - I don't remember Fairyland's version of the White Rabbit, but I love yours! Pongpong is the perfect sculpt for it.

    15. LOVE that Pong outfit!

Here's a knitted coat pattern (and a separate hat pattern) I just posted in the Workshop: Patterns: Knitting:

It took SUCH a long time to get the pattern right! I'm hoping someone will give this pattern a try!
