Hi all! I haven't posted in probably near decade. It's nice to see some of you on Instagram and be like, hey! I know that doll!

I used to focus only on tinies but I've moved on to bigger dolls. However, recently I found a character I want to shell, from a tv show, because as soon as I saw her I thought, hey! That's a Pukifee Bonnie! So I'd love to bring one home (previously I had Ante and Zoe). But now I notice they're all marked sold out, I can't find any info on that - are they doing a short hiatus?

 

Hi and welcome back. The reason they gave for the temporary halt in Pukifee production is sourcing the boxes. It may seem a trivial excuse to some but the design of those boxes is an important part of the brand and also part of their authenticity. It may be due to actual shortages of certain materials or on a more serious note it could be that they can no longer trust their previous supplier who may have been also selling to counterfeiters.

I've been considering getting a minifee sister for Bambi. She's been quite lonely lately!

Hi all! I got my first pukifee in today (pongpong) after finding it out of nowhere instock on DDE. After seeing how scarce they are to come by I was wondering, are pukifee discontinued through fairyland permanently or did they get put on hold alongside the f60s and most minifee heads?

also if anyone has store recommendations for new things for my little one it would be much appreciated as well ^^ Thank you

 

Congratulations! Pukifee are wonderfully cute! On Hold - According to Fairyland they are briefly being discontinued because of a problem sourcing their boxes. Hopefully they'll be back soon because my collection is not complete! I have found many beautiful outfits on Etsy. Sometimes you need to search "Lati Yellow" because they fit the same clothing. IFairy, Dolls Studio Olga, and Ylang Garden are 3 I've bought from. Although Ylang Garden is temporarily on leave at the moment. You can find some of her clothing on Alice's Collections though.

I have found a lot of inexpensive shoes for them on Amazon. Look at their measurements and look at the listed measurements for garments and shoes to determine if they will work for Pulifee. I made a chart for myself to keep the measurements straight.

@DescendingSky: I love how minifee and pukifee look together! Somehow the scales work better than any other combination I've found in the Fairyland line-up. I hope you'll share pics if you get Bambi a sibling.

@Trillian I agree about minifee and Pukifee going well together. Littlefee are just too chunky. I do think Littlefee look good with the F60s though. Your Picture is adorable. they definitely look related.

You guys are so right about the scaling. Unfortunately the only minifee I've ever seen in person belonged to my sis-in-law who just moved out of state like two months ago. I know if she was closer I'd be bugging her for a dolly sleepover. Since I can't share picks of Nancy and Toria hanging out I'll share a pic of just Tori now that her dress is complete.

 

@Dollquest - The flying pose is so much fun! I think I managed it once. Should definitely give it another try!
