1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Fairyland Pukifee Leg Question

Mar 18, 2017

    1. Sorry if there is a post on this already, I have been browsing, but didn't find what I was looking for.

I just recently got back into BJDs and decided to treat myself to the Fairyland Pukifee Rin fullset. I love her to pieces, but I am not used to the fairyland dolls. My pukifee seems to have different sized legs. I can not for the life of me get her to stand up evenly due to the (what seems like) two different sized thighs.

What I was wondering is, has anyone else had a problem like this with their pukifees? Since I only have the one currently, I have nothing to compare with. Maybe she is strung wrong? I got her brand new from fairyland and was just curious as to what more experienced members thought. Thanks for reading and any information is appreciated!

    2. I have the Rin fullset. If you could post a photo maybe I could see how yours differs from mine.

    3. I have a luna from fairyland i checked her for you she seems to be all even, maybe send fairyland a message and see what they think?

    4. uploaded pictures. Sorry for the quality, but my camera really is horrible. You can see from the pictures of what I am trying to say.

    5. Oh wow yes , defaintly not suppose to be like that.. If I was you I would message fairyland, see if they've had any other of the same problems. And see what they could do for you.

    6. Thanks Saber. I ordered through denverdoll, so I just contacted them. Will email fairyland as well. I just was curious if anyone else had issues.

    7. None of my Pukifees have had that issue. It definitely is unusual.

    8. Kind of looks like the thigh pieces could be swapped. Left is currently on the right and vice versa. And yeah the calf bits look uneven in length.

    9. You know, I was thinking the same thing, but I wasn't sure. I am afraid to unstring her to find out, but my curiosity is peaking my interest. They have R and L marks on the inside correct?

    10. That was my impression, too.
Unless I'm thinking of a different doll, I believe they do have R and L marks on the inside.

    11. I just checked the inside pieces for marks. They seem to be in the right order :/ so they cant be it.
