It is great to see your Amber is so adorable, LadyCrow, as mine is currently on the way And I think I ordered her the exact same wig as Violet is wearing, so that is like a major preview for me - thanks! Glad to know at least some Barbie clothes fit - I was worried I would have trouble clothing her.
Post pics when you have her. I can't wait to see yours too. She is an amazing poser and is so utterly cute. I am looking for another wig,The ones I have are too big for my liking. I'd get a 5-6 size if you didn't already. I bought size 6-7 thinking they would work,but they fall off way too easy.
That is great to know! I will have to check which size I ordered already, but I have been looking at a few other wigs and was wondering what would work best - 5/6, 6, or 6/7. So do you think the straight 6" would work alright?
it might work alright.The ones I have all say 6-7.I think I would lean towards the 5" with elastic for stretching.
I'm not really sure. Most of the wigs I've bought were previously used so I asked them. I have two Kemper wigs that didn't have elastic,and the Monique wigs I have do have it (all sizes). Some have a velcro elastic sizer in it to adjust it,but none of my tiny wigs have the adjuster in them. I tryed sewing in and adjuster in one of the tiny wigs,which makes staying on the head good.But I take tons of pictures and the extra wig shows if I'm not careful (which I'm not). I have a ton of wigs for sale because I didn't know what to look for in sizing,but I'm learning....lol
Well thanks for sharing your experience! I'm going to try my best to get wigs that I will like and that will fit well too - which I am sure is most people's goal. Just got a wig, clothes, and shoes that I ordered, but am still waiting on their owner... She is definitely supposed to ship within the month. Do you remember how long the actual shipping part took?
I bought mine in the US from mintoncardinc.com and because I bought her just as they were leaving for the Toy show,it was almost 2 weeks from time of payment to time of actual ownership. It's not long depending on which side of the mailbox you're on...lol Also I suggest an extra coat of sealer as mine has makeup coming off already. I recieved her Feb.27 th, but I change her clothes alot.

There's my girl Tatum (Kemi) pardon the lack of a shirt, my photobucket was just deleted so it's one of the only good pictures I have of her on my new one. And if you're looking for clothes for your Fdolls I make them. I mostly just make pants, but I'm willing to make other things, so just ask. I have a sales thread, with more being added fairly often. (What can I say, I get bored)
My Amber got here!!! Haven't picked her name yet. The one I had thought of doesn't really fit. More pics are in the arrival forum thing. She's precious - and an awesome size. I was worried she might be too small feeling, but she is just great.
