Fantasy Doll tiny dolls discussion part 1

Yumma is so cute, and I really like his blue eyes.

It's so amazing how each doll looks so different, and adorable!

 

I miss Liam and still no update on his faceup. I haven't heard anything since last Wednesday. Not too worried though as I see that there has been some odd weather in Utah since then. Still a bit nerve wracking though, I know I won't get them in time for Easter but I would at the very least like to have pictures of them by then. I forgot I have a test this Friday in Physics so I won't be able to work on the bodies this week either. I might be able to finish the underdress for the Kairi's spring outfit and get her complete before Sunday though.

 

Snow: Who here is doing your face-up? And Northern or Southern Utah? Here in the general Salt Lake Valley we had one really bad day, temps dropped and it was snow and rain. The day before was warm, but REALLY windy. Yesterday was a little chill, but I sprayed sealant with no issues. Today is perfect for face-ups! Sadly...I have no one still NEEDING one. I have a some doll that could do with a new one, but none that are blank to be working on right now.

 

Meru_kitty, and she just messaged me back. It was a free face-up promotion which was awesome for me because both Liam and his mother needed one desperately but I couldn't afford to pay for them and shipping. She is located right off of the lake it looks like. I might even get them by Easter if all goes well. Now I just need to try and find Liam a wig that won't fly off of his head, lol. It's kind of weird having just one doll to play with now and as I unstrung my other twos bodies I can't even really mess around with them.

Also, I should be able to post some pictures of Kairi soon, I just have to get caught up on studying for my exam.

 

I was able to get some pictures but my sd card is not reading again. Liam came out wonderfully and I can not wait to be able to afford to get him and his sister some new clothes. Also, they got some new toys because we decided that it was time to go through my 12 year old brother's toy box finally. I snatched two tiny little cars (the ones with the marbles underneath them), a small moose and a small panda. Still searching for his perfect wig though, might end up having to go through fairyland or leeke.

 

Yes, when your sd card works again, I'd love to see pictures of Liam's face up!!

I have most of Sen's items ordered, or already at home, so when he arrives he will be dressed, wigged and perfect! I just need to get some shoes that are less girly. I think I found a pair on Etsy that will fit, but I don't want to rush it. I can wait for the perfect pair.

Humm, I'm the only one around! I got notification my Charlotte aka Sen is being shipped, so pictures soon!

 

I hope it works again soon. If so he is going to the park with me on Saturday, my anime club is doing a school festival for the local teen antisuicide group.

 

My Sen (Charlotte sculpt on a boy body) has arrived today! Aw, so cute! Now to get him dressed!!

 

I love Glen! I'm seriously considering getting him ^^ His little face is perfect for a character of mine.

I was wondering.. does anybody have a picture of them with their doll? I'm trying to imagine his size, but I'm not sure >.<

 

I have an ancient picture from Yuuma's box opening let me see if I can dig it out. Wait, thebatty. I'm pretty sure you've met Yuuma. Have you come to any of the east Texas Meet-ups? ((WHich yes I know we haven't had one in a while we should get on that))

I don't think I've ever met Yuuma before. I've only been to one of the meetings so far. But yes! We really need to have more meetings ^^

I'm pretty sure I've been to every meet-up since I've organized most of them, and Yuuma always comes with me. I'll rotate through my mini's, but Yuuma always comes. They're 25 cms tall. I might have missed one, and knowing the luck that was the one you went too. Which one did you go too?

 

Ahh, the one I went to was last year in July.

 

Ah that explains it, I went home for the summer last year so I wasn't here for any summer meet-ups last year.
