    3. Not sure if I should be posting this under Featherfall or Dollzone, truthfully, but oh well.. XD

      * What did you order?
      I ordered a Dollzone Floy-1, his outfit and shoes, a silver wig and a pair of 16mm red glass eyes, with a Leo BB doll gift.

      * When did you order?
      The order was sent on December 5th, 2008.

      * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer?
      Featherfall is the distributor~

      * How was the communication?
      Communication was wonderful, they answered all my questions, including ones involving what clothes would fit certain dolls, and were completely patient with me, as it was my first time ordering a doll.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Paypal makes everything easy~

      * How long did it take to ship?
      They shipped the doll on the 9th of January, 2008, and arrived on the 13th, which was much sooner than I expected. As an aside, I don't know what standard wait times are for making a doll, or if Featherfall being on Christmas vacation delayed the ship times at all, but either which way the doll came far sooner than I had anticipated.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Definitely.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, I'd dare say my Floy looks even better in person.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Completely satisfied.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      N/A

      I definitely would. :3

      No, but that's simply because I don't like buying things second-hand as a personal preference, and has nothing to do with the company.

      Additional notes:
      When I ordered, the cart charged me 40$ for body blushing.. except, I found out that Dollzone doesn't do body blushing. To remedy this, they offered either store credit or to send the Leo with the face up (I had ordered him without), despite the full face-up costing 60$, instead of 40$, which I thought was very kind of them.

      I ordered on their shipping day so it was sent out the same day. And the package arrived 6 days later.

      Very well, though price was set by DollHeart not Featherfall...

      Very much so

      Yes

      The end of november, during their "no naked dollies" free kimono promotion

      Featherfall is a distributor, so distributor

      Excellent; they answered all my emails very quickly, and when I placed the order they sent me a response letting me know my dolls would have to be ordered (and what was in stock in case they were a Christmas gift)

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Extremely easy

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Less than two months; the package shipped not long after they returned from their holiday break.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely!

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      As much as any blank doll looks like a faceupped doll in pictures. The pictures on their site for the Resinsoul dolls are very nice.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

      Absolutely; this is my second time ordering from them and I've been pleased both times.

      * How was the communication? Fantastic. Any question I have had has been answered within 24 hours. Some within the hour.

      * How long did it take to ship? He arrived from RS on 2/6 and was shipped to me on 2/17. I am still waiting on the DZ boots.

    10. I've had two 2009 experiences with Featherfall.

      In the first, I ordered three sets of Yo-sized clothing, roughly in the beginning of January. Through absolutely no fault of their own, Featherfall was unable to deliver the package until March. This was entirely a result of Dollzone's annual holiday slowdown.

      In the second transaction, I purchased an in-stock Little Fee girl. She arrived approximately one week after I paid for her - which is pretty remarkable given that she had to cross the border.
      The only issue I have with the transaction is that she was purchased as a gift, and now I want one for ME!! :)


      Featherfall is always a delight to work with.

      I seem to place an order with Featherfall every 4-6 weeks...:sweat

      * How was the communication?

      Communication is always excellent ~ although they have been having trouble with messages through the Featherfall system I have not had trouble emailing them directly from my own account. If I have a question about size, colour or fit, or just wondering if they are going to carry a particular item of clothing they are always happy to help.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Always simple through paypal

      * How long did it take to ship?

      Unless noted that the item is in stock, the standard wait is what you would expect for pre-orders ~ generally a few weeks. Once the item arrives at their end from the manufacturer they ship it promptly. I've never had any complaints about this and the items are always well packaged.


      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Yes I believe it is.


      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?

      Yes they do, mostly better.


      * Were you satisfied with the product?

      Yes. They stock good products across the board.

      Yep...seems to be a habit of mine. Love the customer service and the what they carry.

      Most certainly! I adore my new girl

      Very good. They emailed me to ask if I wanted items for an SD boy or girl. Very nice of them to ask. I said a Sd girl, and All the items I got were for my girl.

      Shipped to me in about a week and a half.

      Was happily surprised at the items I received. Very nice quality

      The sales picture was a box with a bow on it and the package I got didnt look like that :lol: But from what I know of the individual items I received, they all looked right.

      Well they sell a lot of things from a lot of dealers. I doubt I could recognize if anything came from their sales floor. But if I could, I would. :)

      They usually reply my email within 24 hours however, the reply was not that helpful. They did not give me any tracking no. or tell me what type of shipping method they used when they sent me the email saying the package is out. When i asked them about that, the only reply i got back was "It went to Canada Post". Of course i know it went to Canada Post >.> I think it's better to say you don't know than giving me some useless answer anyways...

      In stock item, shipped out the next day

      It is the cuttiest thing ever!

      My first shiping i got it after i waited for 3 month(This shipping i got clothes,wig.eyes.etc+mini bb doll(free gift)
      Shipping from company in canada to my house in USA took about a week.

      My second shippin i got msd head and sd head after i waited abut 4 month.
      Shipping from company in canada to my house in USA took about a 9days.

      Good. Shipping cheaper than order directly from doll/s company

      Feather is really good company but I am not satisfied way they packed my stuff. They used bubble but they just stuffed bubble in the box. they did not warp my SD head well. Also my free gift,mini bb that they sent to me with my clothes,eyes,etc. they did not warp it with bubble or did something with it. I was so surprise that those stuff came to me without damage:doh

      Buddydoll Mars, a Dollheart suit, and 3 pairs of Yo-sized shoes.

      I had Mr. Mars on layaway for a couple of months. The suit and shoes were ordered roughly 2 weeks ago.

      * How was the communication?
      Excellent, as always :)

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very! Paypal, divided up into 3 payments. Actually, when I ordered the suit and shoes, they cancelled the final payment and sent me a revised invoice for the new total including all 3 items. Combined shipping.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      They shipped the next day; because it's an international transaction it took about a week for the box to get here.

      Of course!

      So far, so good! I'm awestruck at first glance, of course, and the quality on the shoes and Dollheart suit are excellent.

      * Communication: Excellent

      * Payment: Easily done

      * Wait time for delivery: A little more than 3 months due to long production time at Fairyland

      * Item quality: Excellent

      * Appearance of product compared to promo photos: Better

      * Satisfaction level: Very satisfied - Featherfall included a surprise free exquisite little dress for Zoe,
      don't know who made the dress but it's adorable!
