Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       Starting May 1st, we're having a customer appreciation promotion, to thank all of you that have made the past year and a half a success.
      All orders in the US and Canada over $450 ( before taxes) will qualify for FREE SHIPPING!
      Simply input the code : FreeShipping when it asks you for a coupon ( as it doesn't do it automatically)

      We wish we could offer the same event to customers elsewhere, but after much looking into it simply isn't possible. We still ship worldwide, but normal shipping rates will apply outside of the US and Canada.

    4. To clarify, since there were several emails:

      This promotion ONLY applies to US/ Canada customers - who purchase $450 and above in ONE order.

      The discount isn't automatic - please input the coupon code: FreeShipping

      We cannot extend it to international customers, because of shipping costs.

      It cannot be combined with other discount coupons, but it should be fine to use a Gift Certificate. If there are issues with the cart using one, please contact customer service.

    5. Another clarification - Free shipping event is for ORDERS PLACED between May 1- July1 ; doesnt' matter if the arrival time of the items is later in the summer, as long as the orders are placed -within- those dates they qualify.

    6. We've now extended the Free Shipping event to last all summer, and lowered the order amount to $150 ( in one order before taxes), so hopefully that'll let more of you bring a special treat home this summer! ;)
