Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Some days ago I purchased a vampire breakaway doll from moment and I can tell with confidence she is one of the sweetiest people I met in DoA. She always was so kind and patient with me during all the time we've been messaging to each other, answering me back almost instantly.

      Patiently she spent a lot of time trying to figure which kind of shipping method would be the best for helping me with my country's customs, for which I'm so grateful ^^.

      As soon as we found the best way to send the doll to my house she sent him in an split of an eye very well packed so he coudln't take any damage during his trip.

      I'm more than sure that I won't have any doubt in dealing with her in future if she allows me to do so.

    2. I purchased a school A head from Moment and she is soooo sweet. I actually came to DOA for school A heads and I met her. It was my first time to purchase on DOA so i was kinda nervous but she helped me a lot and was sooo patient! She placed a lot of paper and also wrapped it safely in order to make it a great tripXD Thanks a lot and if possible I'll buy from her again.

    18. I bought a Volks Mamu from moment, who messaged me after reading my WTB thread. From the start, she was very friendly and helpful. She notified me that she'll send me pictures soon after I asked for them, but then quickly PMed me when she had some camera issues. Large, clear photos were sent immediately after and she addressed any issues I may have possibly had with the doll that I did not even think of. Payment and shipping were calculated quickly, and she was responsive to any PMs I had. I was given tracking ASAP, and she kept up to date for every detail-- including warning me about cutting into the shipping box with too sharp of a knife, haha. I was pleasantly surprised to open the box and found the doll and its parts wrapped in many, many layers of bubblewrap. Limbs were perfectly cushioned with individual sections of bubblewrap, and then secured to the sides of the body. The head had a face mask tightly fastened to it, and the wings were also wrapped just as tightly and placed next to the doll. The doll also came with a cute dress, brooch, and a note! Thanks so much for the great transaction, moment!
