  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. BulletsBANQ purchased an msd sized item of clothing from me back in august 2011. after a few months the item never arrived so i refunded the money, asking if it ever turned up to be informed. true to her word, when the item arrived to her this year she did indeed let me know and also re sent the payment!
      i really appreciate her honesty, and promptness in paying me back, she is very good at communicating and very nice indeed. would love to do business with again and hopefuly we would not be so unlucky with the post ;)

      She wrote perfect and detailed discription of what she wants on her doll. Communication during the work was also fast, friendly and very helpful. She paid right after I done my work.

      Sadly, post office screwed, package was missing for over 3 months! We thought it is lost, I even lodged a complain but happily head finally arrived!
      I am very happy for this ending. ^^
      Will deal with you again for sure, if you only want to! <3

    13. I purchased a fullset outfit, and the entire experience was great. Let me break it down for you...
      Communication: Communication was very prompt and answered the questions I had thoroughly. The language was always professional, friendly and polite making it very easy and inviting to talk to and pose questions.
      Pricing:       Pricing was very fair!
      Shipping: The package shipped quickly and I was provided with two means of tracking the package (one for early on before UPS picks up on it during the first few days). The clothes were placed in a sealed, waterproof zip-lock cushioned between two thick slabs of bubble wrap and placed in a rather difficult to open box (because all of the openings were sealed with tape xD This is a good thing, but I ended up tearing the box apart in my impatience to put the outfit on my doll haha)
      Follow-up:       I received a follow-up message about confirmation of delivery. I would definitely recommend this seller who cares about the entire process of the transaction from start to finish.
