Although there was a slight mix up with my order resulting in it being sent a little late, 100700 was very helpful and paid for faster shipping so my items arrived sooner. It arrived with some pantyhose I didn't order, but again 100700 handled the problem with grace. I ordered and paid since 16th Feb 2011

I asked for 3 set from 3 different companies under 100700’s dealer.

- IP EID model man size, French classic palace style dress set without hat and cape $105
- IP EID model man size, 32 silk brocade lining long coat $45
- 80 cute camel sheep for all dolls 13 to 14cm $10 x 5

It had some problem about shipping and missed 1 camel sheep which I still haven’t got it. Anyway, the package arrived 31th May 2011, I think it took quite long times for few clothes.

By 4th June 2011 I tried on my son and told 100700 that I had some problem with both set of E.I.D. clothes, they didn’t fit well.

For French Classic, it wearable but not fit nicely, some area too loose and some too fit also can’t button the pants. Skip the details, I satisfied with her tailor agreed to make me new vest by sent more $10 for shipping fee, still waiting to get it.

For E.I.D. long coat, it’s too small. My son can barely wear it even without shirt, considered the coat should be the outermost piece, I can’t be satisfied.

The problem is 100700 told me that her tailor won’t make new one for me because it was more than one month since the coat came out. It sent out to 100700 and waited for other pieces from other tailors to finish.

Though later I agreed to send it back to China myself for them to fix it, still they won’t do.

It impossible for me to know that the coat came in wrong size before I get it and it just came out from the bag in new condition, so I think the excuse was unreasonable.

Since I notice problem, it’s been a whole month for me to argued and waited and asked for reply. So now I don’t want to bother anymore, I’ll forget the $45 I wasted and keep waiting for my vest and camel sheep.

Anyway, 100700 is o.k., she tried to help and I can feel she tried her best though some case was ineffective. Sometime I have to waited for weeks and have to asked again before got an answer. Maybe my case was mess because I ordered custom size, I don’t know.

 

Bought Volks Williams gun hand and pistol from 100700. Good transaction. It arrived in condition described. Thanks.

 

Bought a lovely wig from 100700. Its took time because my country postal service was suspended for a while, and when I contacted 100700 about it she/he did her/his best to help me!

I bought a doll from 100700 and I cannot speak highly enough of how well everything went.
Initially we had planned a few month layaway but need to extended the length and this was all no problem. After the final payment was made the doll was posted the next day. When she arrived she was well packaged and the doll was in very good condition just as described.
I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from 100700 again.

Commissioned custom clothes set from 100700. Completion took slightly longer (3-4 weeks) than anticipated but within the bounds of acceptability.
Communication remained good throughout and we agreed on the design and modifications prior to the go ahead.
