It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       April and Dec 2007

      * What did you order?
      Jeans and fur wig. And since I organised the group order both times, I got to see the items that other people ordered as well, like jackets, shirts and dresses.

      * How was the communication?
      Quite good. However, they don't respond during the weekend.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy. I used Paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      They take between 2 working days to a week.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Some of the items yes, some, not so.The jeans were really worth it, I love them! The fur wigs are very affordable, but I don't like them as much. My friend's jacket looked super well-made, even though they're a bit pricey, imo.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Generally, yes. The fur wigs look a bit different though.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Some, yes, some were okay.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I did not raise any issues.

      Late December 2007

      A jacket and a pair of jeans.

      * How was the communication?
      It was very good, sending prompt emails to say they recieved the order and payment, and that they were about to ship.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy, I just used paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It took about 6 days for my stuff to get to me.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I think that they were definitely worth it. The jacket that I got was amazing- it was lined, had buttons, working pockets, and all sorts of other little details. It was expensive, but I feel like it was a worthwhile purchase. As for the jeans, I love them too. They are very good quality and the fit is great on them.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, both items looked exactly as they were shown on the website, if not better.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, very satisfied.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

      1 each of the Rosebay sweaters, black Cassia pants, bronze Hydrangea jacket and brown Quince PJ pants

      * How was the communication?
      Very good. I received immediate notification that my order was accepted.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Couldn't be easier. They take Paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      My items arrived on the 5th, so it took three days.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I think 4D makes some of the best quality clothing available for BJDs at this time. I think the price is equal to the quality of the fabrics and the beautiful crafting of the clothes.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Absolutely. The fabrics are much nicer in person though.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, I've bought from them before and I'll buy from them again. :)

      3 Face-ups by Haze

      * How was the communication?
      Excellent

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy, but the website doesn't work with Mac computers.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Three weeks, very fast for 3 face-ups.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      The faceups are phenomenal.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Much better in person.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very much so.
