I recently purchased a Doll Factory, Lachlan head from Americanseamstress. Let me tell you about that.
The age, details, and providence of the head, shipping schedule, and terms were all carefully spelled out of the sales page. I knew it was going to be a smooth transaction from that alone. After first contact, every step of the transaction communication was not only swift and friendly, but super detailed. I got photos of the head going into the box and the sealed and addressed box along with my tracking number. When the head arrived it contained all items of providence (original box, parts, and paperwork) inside the cardboard shipping box, along with carefully fitted cardboard spacers to keep every part secure. The head itself was double wrapped in bubble wrap within that original box. I am in love with this seller. It is possible I would buy a doll I wasn't jazzed about just to work with this person again. I cannot overstate the perfection of this experience.
