  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     10. I tried to purchase a SD13 boy Maki Tsuyoshi from Anavel. At first I said I will pay on layaway but later I raised enough money so I made a full payment to her.
      Later, she sent me a pm said that she will ship the doll next day. While the next day she pmed me twice first said that she can not find Maki's paper (I said I hope he will be shipped with his paper in my pm but I think I will accept him if there is no paper), the next pm is that "The body has white flake on him allover and a few stain from his pants" and also one of the doll's fingers was broken. So she just refunded me the full payment without asking my opinion. Then I pmed her if I can purchase Maki's head since she also listed that head as $600 when I purchased him but her answer was

      I am definitely unsatisfied with her answer. I don't think she knows what is responsibility as a seller.
