I just recently completed a Layaway on a Dollshe Rosen from Andarton. They were extremely flexible with the layaway plan, which allowed me to get a doll I otherwise would have been unable to afford. Some of the best communication Ive ever had from a seller.
I know that these doll sales are essentially just business transactions, but there is something to be said for offering friendliness and warmth in our communications. I feel better when I buy dolls from people who are polite, and truly kind, and that reason alone would be enough for me to buy from Andarton again.

I brought a Dollzone Raymond head from Andarton! They were an absolute dream to deal with! Andarton held the head for me and agreed to a short layaway on the Raymond, once paid off the head was shipped to me and arrived in a sturdy and well packed box! There was a slight delay due to International shipping from the states to the UK but during the whole thing Andarton was professional, in constant polite and patient contact and offered every bit of help they could to resove the issue from their end of things. I wish every transaction was as easy and pleasant as this one! I honestly cannot leave Andarton high enough feedback or recommendation! I wouldn't hesitate to buy or sell to Andarton again in the future! Thank you so much for allowing me to bring home my grail boy!
