It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. I purchased a pair of fairyland pants and dollmore shoes from angiiee on June 25th. I sent payment via paypal, and a messaget to her PM that payment had been sent. A week later, I inquired if the package had been shipped as I hadn't heard back from her. Another week later, I commented on her post in the MP. Another week later, I commented again, as well as sent a message via email.

      At this point, I've yet to hear anything back from her, though I've seen she's logged in to DoA a few different times.

      Today, I decided I'd log a complaint with Paypal. My mistake though, is that I paid for this purchase as personal. I've done that for the benefit of the buyer, but I won't do it any more.

      I have no idea what is going on with this transaction. I don't know why angiiee has privileges in the MP, but her lack of communicatin tells me she should *not* have access, for whatever reason.

      If I get my package, I'll leave updated feedback.

    3. The stuff are really sent, I don't know why you didn't get them! I've bought a doll too, and Silver_Wolf has get her. You can pm her if you don't believe me.

    4. My package never arrived.

      I tried several different ways to get in touch with her. When I did finally hear from her on July 23rd, she told me if I didn't recieve the items in another 1.5 weeks, she'd refund my money. She has had no more contact with me, and has not refunded my money.

      Because of her lack of communication, and her continued lack of resolution in this matter, I cannot recommend her - I wouldn't sell to her or purchase anything from her. I find her to be untrustworthy.

      (just to say, this is a situation I'd be happy to eat my words and find this package laying under a pile of mail in my house.. so if that happens, I'll be sure to post it, with full apologies to angiiee -- I keep looking, hoping it will happen)

    5. Hmm. I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties, madaise. I actually had a very good transaction with angiiee. I bought a MNF Marcia from her and the doll is absolutely gorgeous and poses beautifully. As for angiiee, I had no trouble with communication from her. She informed me at one point when the doll was in customs with the news and that I should be receiving her soon (which I did.) She kept me informed through the rest of the shipping process as well. All in all it wasn't a bad transaction and I personally would buy from her again. I hope you get a resolution soon, madaise!
