I bought a MNF Alan (full doll + sleeping head) from Marie! The transaction was absolutely perfect, but I really want to highlight her amazing care throughout the process.

Marie was a prompt communicator, and she took multiple rounds of pictures of the doll packed up and ready to ship so that I knew exactly what to expect. She reached out to me first to ask if I was comfortable with her switching carriers to save on the shipping, which I thought was really thoughtful. She took extra time to reinforce the box she had used, in order to make absolute sure the doll’s optional head would make the trip safely, as it had to ride separately from the main box.
