Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I purchased a DollZone Big Brother from AnnieStar. She gave me a lot of shipping options, and shipped super quickly! The doll got caught in customs and i had chosen the shipping with no tracking number. AnnieStar was so incredibly patient with me during the shipping process and with me asking her questions to fill out a lost mail form since i didnt know the doll was in customs. The lil bean arrived today and is perfect. There were layers of bubblewrap carefully wrapped around him. I am so happy with this transaction and with AnnieStar as a seller. She is a fantastic person and i 100% recommend her.

    2. I have discovered why this wonderful seller Annie is called "AnnieStar" - it is because she really is a star! One of the most helpful and reliable sellers I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.
      I purchased AnnieStar's Lillycat Ellana, Annie was friendly and quick to reply to any questions, she packaged my doll extremely well and mailed her out to me the minute I sent payment. My girl arrived rapidly and in perfect condition.
      Lovely seller, I would be very happy to deal with Annie again.

    4. In May 2017, I purchased a DollZone Eudora (WS) from AnnieStar. The transaction went very smoothly, without any problems. AnnieStar was amazing to work with in multiple ways.

      Communication: AnnieStar was very prompt in answering any message sent to her. I requested additional photos; she replied to me on the same day and provided the photos on the next day. I asked multiple questions about the doll and the shipping methods and she answered all of them clearly. All communication was very friendly and extremely fast. She provided the tracking information the day that the doll had been shipped.

      Shipping: AnnieStar shipped the doll the same day that I paid for it. The packaging was thorough; the box was well padded and the doll was wrapped extremely well. Every extremity and delicate part was individually wrapped to provide as much protection as possible. Everything was included in the box that was listed in the sales thread.

      Condition of doll: The doll was exactly as shown in the photos. There was no damage from shipping or careless handling.

      Summary: this was a fantastic transaction! I would gladly recommend AnnieStar as a seller, as well as buy from her again. She is friendly and fun to talk to, and the transaction was worry free. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Communication was excellent and kind and she shipped my doll as soon as I did sent the last payment.The doll arrived in excellent condition and very well protected.I highly recommend AnnieStar as a seller <3

    6. I bought AnnieStar's Iplehouse Lahela. It was a wonderful transaction with no problems! Great communication, and superfast shipping after payment. I did not have to ask for a tracking number and even got the link to the tracking site - greatly appreciated! The doll arrived safely packed and in excellent condition.     7. *sorry for being late.

      This summer I bought a Pipos Dark Alice from AnnieStar.
      Though the doll is being old, the package sent from AnnieStar itself was like a surprise present and the condition of each stuffs was just amazingly perfect that I even thought I had bought the doll directly from Pipos.
      The doll was my longtime grail and I am very satisfied with the transaction. Many thanks to AnnieStar!
