Feedback for Arekushia

Arekushia purchased my SOOM SG Saiph wig, outfit and shoes, let me know when they arrived.
The transaction was perfect!! Wonderful communication, fast payment and very pleasant to deal with.

 

I bought some SD gladiator sandals from Arekushia. She was very polite and prompt in communication and mailed my sandals out right away! Thank you so much! They are perfect for my new doll!!!

I purchased a Doll Adore Hania head from Arekushia and even though a few problems came up while waiting (because of the post office! not my nor her mistake) she was very patient and helpful all the time. Communcation was always fast and smooth. I would definitely deal with her agian.

 

I arranged a split with Arekushia. She wanted a fullset of Cass fantasy parts from Soom's last female FCE event, and was looking for someone to split off a Cass head. I asked if she would be okay accepting a pair of Cass ears from me so I could select a different Soom head (I wanted Coquina). She said that was fine, and let me use the value of the Cass ears as one of my layaway payments.

Throughout the entire layaway process with Soom, she kept in wonderful contact with me, and was very understanding about any delays or mix-ups on my side. I never felt like she was hard to get in contact with, or that there were any problems with the layaway.

Once the doll arrived to her from Soom, I realised just how expensive shipping from Canada can be, and she was very patient in helping me find an alternative option (she let me have her ship the head and horns by surface mail, which was obviously much more affordable for me, but a bit more of a hassle for her).

When some things bothered her, she was willing to communicate with me about them, which I really appreciate.

In short: Arekushia was an absolute dream to deal with. She was communicative and flexible, and willing to go out of her way to be accommodating even when she really didn't have to. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with her again, and I definitely recommend her as a split leader

I had put a WTB ad up on the marketplace for a Chloe event arm and Arekushia contacted me immediately about it. She was very friendly, willing to work with me, and she was just awesome! She was even willing enough to bring the arm to Dollism USA so I did not have to pay shipping for it! She had great communication during the whole process! She is an awesome seller!
