Feedback for ArouraAnn!

I purchased a Doll Chateau Alberta on a very short layaway from ArouraAnn. We had some issues with shipping because of postal service issues, and she had stopped updating. We both did a find my package search and mine came back as lost. They did fully insure her so we were going to be able to get our money back. However, she finally showed up over a month late! ArouraAnn packaged her very well, so she was very secure on her misadventures. She arrived fully intact and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend ArouraAnn as a seller. They went above and beyond for me. Great communication, wonderful packaging, and speedy shipping out time.

I had the pleasure of trading Minifee Heads with @ArouraAnn and I could not say enough wonderful things about them. This was my first trade, so there were definitely nerves, but ArouraAnn was very understanding. We did a partial trade with the difference paid via invoice. The invoice was quickly paid and we did same day shipping. Both of us sent photos with hand written notes and they kept me informed when the head shipped. Sarang arrived wonderfully packed and safe. The entire trade was smooth and stress free and I would definitely recommend working with them 100%!

I had posted a WTB ad a long time ago for a Fairyland Minifee Klaus—ArouraAnn was so kind to reach out to me and offered to sell me her entire Klaus!!! She was so sweet, very easy to work with, and SO courteous! She responds very quickly, gave me constant updates, and took a bunch of pictures of him for me. He came packaged even nicer than they do when they’re straight from Fairyland!! He was completely safe in his travels home. I am SO grateful to ArouraAnn for reaching out to me and being able to finally fulfill my dream of owning a Klaus!!! She is the best kind of person to deal with when you’re buying something off of the marketplace!!
