Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     15. Having read all the happy positive good feedback above me, I figured maybe I just got unlucky.
      This is not a negative but neutral feedback I'm leaving.
      Bought an outfit from Ayase. Received in good/great condition as described. But very slow shipping and lack of communication (took about 4 days to ship it out without informing this beforehand nor given any simple explanation about why it's being delayed afterward.) I don't mind at all waiting if you could just simply tell me that you can't make it out too soon.
      This whole transaction could be much better if only with better communication.
      Thanks for selling the nice outfit, though.

    16. I mailed out her outfit 4 days after payment which I thought was a reasonable amount of time but she considered it to be slow. I didn't know she was unhappy about the transaction until she left me feedback because I didn't tell her why her package wasn't mailed out yet. Usually people let me know if they are unhappy about something during the transaction and I would have done anything to make it right. I should have told her that her package would be mailed out in a couple of days and she should have told me that she was dissatisfied so this whole problem could've been avoided.

      I initially left her a Neutral feedback due to miscommunication on both sides. And now since Ayase has explained to me after the transaction is ended, so I agreed that this was a positive transaction after all.
