Feedback for Aztrid

Aztrid bought some custom eyes from me and it was a perfect transaction, thank you so much Highly recommended!

 

I would just like to state that during the time I had the wigs in my posession, I had a bit of family issues arise unexpectedly. I DID state on the GO thread that I was having some family troubles and that was why shipping was a bit late.

 

Aztrid bought a Seed Dolls Inkling from me and I couldn't have been happier with the transaction. We agreed on a layaway with set dates and payments were regular and always confirmed by PMs which were lovely and friendly too. I wish her all the best for the future and many happy hours playing with her new doll

 

Firsrly I want to say I
ve been to swaps with Aztrid and she has always done very well, so with a heavy heart I have to give here my flakey feedback for two separate things.

I took part in Aztrids Fae swap which started 4 months ago and never received anything from it. I contacted Aztrid about two months into the swap and she told me she had no idea anymore who was my partner but that she would make something to me. Well I never got anything to this day. I'm also curious how you can have a secret swap and not know who is partners with whome...

The other flakey feedback I have to give is from a Christmas present swap I held. Aztrid took part in it and she got her partners but never contacted me when the time limit for sending the presents was alreasy long gone. So I contacted her and she replied she had totally forgot about the swap and that she would make something asap. I gave her a week to come up with the presents or at least contact me, but she did neither. So I sent her a message saying it would be better if she would just say if she has no intention to make the swap parcels so we can have some angels to do them for her. She replied that she would have no time to make the presents. Luckily one of her swap partners hadn't sent their gift to her, so she was able to be an angel to Aztrids partners. Aztrid also received one gift that she never returned. I was told by her partner that the tracking says it was collected.

 

It's my sad duty to have to leave flakey feedback in two different swaps for miss aztrid...

The first one is her eye swap she hosted, I recieved two partners but since I was two days late shipping I sent both of my partners an extra pair of eyes (not required since I got an extension but I thought it would be a nice surprise for my partner's) I received one pair from one of my partners but the other pair never turned up, I contacted aztrid about it and she informed me that she was my partner and the eyes had been sent back to her and she would re-ship them but they never showed up... I blew it off as being a problem with the post office and simply took the loss but in light of her behavior in my elegance swap i.honestly don't believe she ever shipped them...

In my elegance swap everyone had 3 months to make a gift for their partner and luckily aztrid was my partner, the shipping date came and went and i didn't hear from her I messaged her a few times before I got a response where she claimed to have shipped, I waited two months but her gift never showed up so I messaged her again asking her to provide a tracking or customs number or a photo of her shipping receipt as required in the swap rules or if she couldnt I would be willing to give her another month to make and ship a new gift and thus avoid this flakey feedback, I was told that she didn't have the postal receipt anymore and that she was too busy to make a new gift hence this FLAKEY FEEDBACK!!!

 

I too am here to leave flaky feedback for Aztrid who joined my Fairytale Swap which ran from Oct 10 to Jan 25. The first issue we had was I had to contact Aztrid at the end of the shipping period to see if she had sent her partner's package out despite multiple reminders for users to PM me as soon as they shipped. On Mar 4 I PM'd Aztrid again when her package never showed up and asked her to track the package on her end for her partner. This PM went unanswered despite Aztrid being active on DOA

 

(Pardon the double entry but I hit the post button by accident before finishing. I will continue here since editing is disabled.)

-This PM went unanswered despite Aztrid being active on DOA. On Mar 18 I sent her another PM to find out what is going on with her partner's package. Again this PM went unanswered despite her still being active on DOA. On Mar 26 I got in contact with Aztrid's partner and we both decided I would send him a package for his doll despite me not owning a tiny and just cut our losses with Aztrid.

So in conclusion I do NOT recommend Aztrid for any swap. Her communication was also terrible and I am not even certain she ever sent out a package. I personally will not allow Aztrid into any of my future swaps.

 

I sadly have to leave flakey feedback for Aztrid in my The Outfit Swap III. This swap's final shipping date was 31st August 2013.
I gave Aztrid an extension of a couple of weeks after the shipping date as I knew she was having some complications with her pregnancy. On the 18th of October she told me that she had shipped her packages out. At this time she also said she only had received one package.
On the 20th of November she replied to a PM I had sent about the parcels she shipped not arriving to any of her three partners (myself included). She was surprised and agreed to remake the parcels and send them out, as part of the rules of the swap.
On the 30th of December she told me that the parcels were finished and that she was waiting for her paycheck to send them out. At this point her partners were understandably frustrated with how long it was taking.
On the 26th of January 2014 she said she had some more complications with her pregnancy, but would be shipping the following week.
On the 18th of February I PMed her to ask whether she indeed had replacement packages to ship, as I had recently read her feedback and found flakey feedback for four swaps.
On the 19th of February she replied to my PM and said she definitely had parcels to ship, she was just having money troubles due to her work hours being cut because of her pregnancy, and said she would let me know as soon as she was able to ship.

Having had many PMs back and forth with Aztrid's other partners, we decided that they had waited long enough, and unless Aztrid had proof of already shipping the packages I would be taking over her swap duties. I PMed her on the 5th of March to inform her of this decision.
Aztrid replied on 10th March to tell me that she was short on money, and that she felt it unfair that I should make parcels for her partners, especially as I had just had surgery on my hand. She also informed me that she had not received any parcels. I checked my PMs, and she had informed me in October that she had received a parcel, and I knew that the parcel I was due to ship to her as a replacement (I was shipping to her as well as receiving from her) was still in my possession as I was not going to ship until she had shown some proof of attempting to ship parcels to her other partners.
I PMed her on the 11th of March saying that it was up to her partners, and that their decision would be final. If they wanted to wait for her to ship, then they could, but if they wanted to have me ship to them that was their decision to make. I also informed her that if she had not received a parcel I would have needed to know much, much earlier so as to contact the person who shipped it. I asked for the name of who shipped the parcel she had received in October, and that I would PM her other partner but at this late stage I would not be forcing them to ship a replacement.
Aztrid never replied to that PM.
On the 12th of March I PMed Aztrid again to tell her that I had heard from her other partners and they both wanted me to ship to them. I told her this decision was final.

At this stage Aztrid never replied to my last two PMs, and never got back to me about her missing parcel. I am shipping her partner's parcels next week, having completed them.

I do not recommend Aztrid for swaps in the future, as while I understand she had personal issues during my swap, it is also important that responsibilities be met.

 

Aztrid was unable to finish paying for a commission due to some very bad personal circumstances,

but she was great to work with while I was crafting her commission and in the future when her life is back to normal I would recommend her as a good commissioner.

 

POSITIVE.

We did a trade with Aztrid just recently - a couple of my dolls for a handful of her hands. Everything went well, I have to say all good things about it. It took a bit longer for Aztrid to ship her end, but she compensated it over the top with sweet and very sought after extras she kindly included. I love everything i received and will be definitely doing business with her again. Thank you so much!
