I bought a pair of Soom Shoshon hooves from Bika. Communication was fast and pleasant. Shipping was fast too. The hooves were packaged in bubblewrap plastic and then put in a plastic shipping bag. Although the hooves were unpacked and not properly repacked by customs leaving only the plastic shipping bag as protection, the hooves arrived undamged.
