It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. * What did you order? Black Seraphim wings, Demon Horns, and a large white Clinging Cat. I also received a free white Mokona as a gift.

      * When did you order? 26th of October

      * How was the communication?
      I didn't need to contact the company, but they sent me an email confirming my order (and gift colour) within 24hrs of me placing an order and a second email with a shipping notice. Their English was clear and easy to understand.

      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy, their shopping cart is linked to Paypal

      * How long did it take to ship? I received a shipping notice on the 10th of November, so about 2 weeks. It took roughly 5 days in transit for my items to arrive home.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? Nope. Everything was sealed in plastic 'envelopes' and padded with bubblewrap.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? N/A

      * Would you order from this company again? Possibly, if they have anything else I'd like to buy.

      October 17th

      * How was the communication?

      There was no need to contact the company. They confirmed my order and then update the order with the tracking number when it was shipped.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Very easy, paid through paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      I received the tracking number on November 10th, she arrived on the 19th.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?

      Nope, no issues. There was a black Mokona as a free gift that I wasn't expecting, plus she came with free spare elastic. Lots of pleasant surprises rather than bad ones.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?

      N/A

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Possibly. I have been eying their clinging cats.

      A Bean+long ears (blank), a small white clinging cat and a whole bunch of hair clips.

      * When did you order?
      16th of April 2013

      * How was the communication?
      I didn't have to contact them. I received an 'Order Confirmation' after placing my order and a 'Shipping Notification' when my order had shipped.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Quick and simple with Paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      My order shipped 11th of May, so about a month.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Nope. The clinging cat has two holes in the sides (where you tie the elastic) that weren't clear all the way though, but a quick poke with a needle fixed it. I also received some spare elastic string, a plastic ID card with my rabbits Limited number on it, and cute carrot as a gift! Very nice surprises! :)

      Probably, this was my third order from them and I'm yet to have a single negative experience.

      Not long at all. The items shipped 5th March 2013.

      Nope. Items were securely packed.

      Yes I would if there was anything I wanted. The entire experience was quite smooth and without problems.
