Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. I was in the Luts GO with CampBowie and I felt comfortable throughout. I think the situation was handled well and the shipping was fast. Communication through PM was also very fast and there was always a reply. Thanks for the wig!

    3. Participated in a Luts group order ran by Camp Bowie-
      It was a very large order, with resin parts in it also (the body & hands I ordered included).
      There was a delay in processing the order, due to a mistake on Luts' part-
      Camp Bowie handled the whole situation extremely well under the circumstances, especially considering this was her first group order.
      She even inquired after, and got a replacement set for the hands I ordered; Luts sent the wrong ones by mistake.
      She also arranged shipping through UPS to lessen the cost on my end-

      Major kudos, and the highest of recommendations!
      I would love to deal with her again anytime :)

    4. Also in the Luts group order run by Camp Bowie-
      As said, there was a delay, by fault of Luts; which as soon as she found out about, she took care of it the same day, and was very apologetic. Great and friendly communication, everything was well packaged, all around wonderful to do business with!
      She accidentally overcharged me $0.90 on shipping- which she refunded right away with her apologies- talk about honest!

      Highly recommended!
