It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. Captain Lanta ordered a custom fur wig from me and was beyond amazing to work with! She was fantastic on communicating her wig idea through photos and sketches, send payment quickly, and let me know as soon as the wig arrived to her. I had a fantastic time working on this order, and would definitely recommend dealing with Captain Lanta, anytime!

    3. i participated in a Soom Split run by Captain Lanta. it was an international split and i could not be happier with the way it was run. my parts arrived in record time, perfectly packed, with smooth as silk communication. :) i would not hesitate to buy anything from or split anything with Captain Lanta again.

    4. I was in a Soom split run by Captain Lanta. She was super on top of communication and was nice about it the one time I was a little flaky. ;_; My parts were securely packed and came in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to buy/sell/split with her.

    8. I participated in Captain Lanta's Soom split for Ario's outfit. Communication was great, and it was an amazing experience overall. She was absolutely amazing during the small hitch during shipping that was due to Canada Post being the ultimate fail.

      I'd love to work with you again in the future! :)

    10. I was part of Lanta's Soom Ario split, and I got the outfit :) She is an excellent split leader!!
      Very on top of things, organized and making sure we all stayed well informed on payments and such. Super duper nice to talk to in PMs, really prompt responding, too! Outfit came in good condition and well packaged. All is well! Thanks Lanta :)

    11. I was in a split for some ario bird parts from Captain Lanta. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, smooth transactions, quick communication-she even did her best with the post office lost my package to get it back to me! She did all she could and was very friendly and I ended up getting a refund for my parts due to the package never showing up, I know this is completely out of her hands and she did what she could so I'm very thankful for that-I would definitely recommend her and would be happy to work with her again- Thank you!
