Feedback for change8023

I've purchased a Breakaway and two Dollzone boys from Change, and each transaction went very smoothly. I'd purchase from her again anytime!!

 

I have purchased two DollZone dolls from Change, and both transactions were great. Even when there was a small problem, I ordered face up and did not receive it the problem was resloved and I was credited within hours. I will happily buy from Change again.

 

I bought one of the very first Shaungs for Change and he was wonderful to work with, even when I wanted to make all these special add ons. He worked with me and got me exactly what I wanted.

 

I bought my DZ Megi from Change, via Ebay. Megi arrived 5 days after I ordered (no makeup version)! No problems, and easy transaction.

 

i bought 2 dolls from change they are both beautiful and exactly what i wanted... change was fast and understanding about banks and holidays=)

 

I bought a head from Change8023 via DoA, and the transaction was completed. Change was courteous and informative, but as others have said, very bad with responding to emails. I was promised a tracking number but once I had sent payment I never received any more communication from Change. The head was well packaged and arrived within a reasonable amount of time, but the lack of communication and response is a Big Minus.

 

I bought my first doll Ryu, a normal skin MSD Megi from them.
Fast shipping, very friendly, responds quickly. Very good seller, I love my Ryu! >w< ~

 

I just received my nanuri head from change, the box was damaged in transit, but she packed it so well that it was unharmed! thanks so much for another great transaction!!

 

i sold an sd to change8023. great transaction.. she also paid very quickly.
she is very nice and always reply to pms. it was my pleasure doing the transaction with her.. ^^

I bought a Megi through her eBay store and I was really happy with her level of communication. She delivered everything as promised and kept in contact in the, oh, week and a half it took for my Megi to be delivered (with makeup). ^_^; I did get a tracking number.
I think probably she's easier to get ahold of through PM and eBay message than email.

 

i sold my Unoa to Change8023.
She was professional all the way.
paid within minutes she made up her mind and was fantastic with to deal with.
and not to mention the smooth communications too.

Bought the Heath riding crop through Change from a friend of hers. Transaction went smoothly.

 

I purchased a Volks SD13 body from Change and am very pleased with what I received. Doll arrived in less than 2 weeks of payment, and this includes a delay in shipping while we played message tag - communication was a little strained due to time differences and network issues that Change was experiencing. All in all, an honest transaction and a very good product! Thank you, Change!

 

I'm very sorry to do it, but I'm leaving NEGATIVE feedback for this seller for her poor communication skills and the amount of time it took for me to receive my item.

She would not respond to my emails or PMs until I filed a claim with Paypal, then she responded in exactly 1 hour and 5 minutes, and finally sent my doll.
I removed the claim when I received the doll.

To be fair I haven't yet heard of someone NOT receiving their item altogether, but just be prepared to PAY ATTENTION to the time involved, and read-up on your Paypal Dispute process, so if you need to, you will know what to do and when.

Be prepared for inconsistent service, and very long time frames for receiving your item.

I don't wish to be vindictive, but there are many threads and posts by members complaining about this seller's shoddy service, but nothing in the most important place, her feedback thread. I'm putting this here so you can make a better informed decision.

*EDIT* There are apparently some folks who have NOT received their dolls, some ordered as long ago as January (it is now April). Technically it's a Laidoll issue, but it's the same person who is the rep (change 8023).
