Feedback for ChiyoMiwa

ChiyoMiwa did the face-up for my Lupinus head (a gift for my sister), and I couldn't be happier. She was very quick and very professional. Everything was just as I'd asked for - dark eyes, silver/whitish eyeliner on the bottom inner eyelids, rosy lips and cheeks, etc. The lines were picture perfect. I highly recommend her!!

 

Chiyo just completed my second faceup with her, this one for an Esthy Rad. She did a fabulous job with him! She was very sensitive to the guidelines I provided. She maintains communication throughout the process and sends proofs. And he was well-packaged for his return journey. Chiyo works quickly, but carefully and has a lovely delicate touch. I'm twice-pleased!

Chiyo did a face-up on a Nabi Kiss that I bought off the MP. She is lightning fast! Communication is good and she does excellent work. Will be sending her future dolls as well

 

Chiyo did two face-ups for me. The idea was for them to be mostly identical and she did a great job! She's an excellent artist and works very quickly and professionally. I will be sending heads to her again, for sure!

Chiyo is great! She painted my Domuya Ida. Her eyebrow work is amazing. A PLUS PLUS. Would deal with again.

 

Chiyo did face ups and blushing for my MNF Shushu head, Scar Breakaway head, and Scar arm/hand. She was very sweet to work with! She sent lots of proofs and adjusted the colors based on my feedback. Her attention to detail is wonderful. I couldn't be happier with the results.

 

Chiyo did 3 face-ups and 3 body blushing for me and they all turned out AMAZING. She was amazing to work with and the outcome was well worth the wait! She handled such a large project very well and the scar work she does is stunning!! I wish my camera hadn't died so I could show the examples, but I'm extremely happy with the outcome of all the dolls she worked on. =) WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO AND RECOMMEND~!!

Chiyo Miwa did my J'aime basic ver. grown up Vito's face-up. Chiyo was nice, pricing was excellent, and communication was wonderful. Chiyo sent some pictures of his progress, as well. Absolutely beautiful, delicate work! The head was also shipped back well protected! Overall, a wonderful ordeal. I hope to commission Chiyo Miwa again! ^^

 

Hate to be the one who leaves a wishy-washy feedback but here goes..

Communication was great until I sent over my head, which made me very uncomfortable, not to mention annoyed... I got a confirmation that it had arrived safely, but did not get any progress updates, just a link to a finished picture and her paypal address. I paid promptly, and waited patiently.. being that we live all of an hour apart, the head should have arrived very quickly, but instead, I waited another two weeks. I paid on 9/1/10 and did not get her until Today, 9/14/10, without warning that she had shipped the head.

Overall, I was satisfied with the faceup- it looks awesome with the new eyes that I got for her, and the price was right. It was packaged professionally in a larger flat rate box, which I questioned the functionality of since she could have sent it in a small box and I would have been fine with it, but I can't complain because she made it here safely all the same, and I'm just happy to have my pretty little girl back in my possession.

After the long wait period that I endured, it's debatable whether or not I would commission her again, especially after reading all the awesome feedback that has been left here.. maybe I just commissioned her at a bad time?

 

I commissioned ChiyoMiwa to do a faceup on my KDF Ani Girl's SS head that matched my KDF Ani Girl's OE head. The faceup looks great and was done quickly. There was a delay in shipping but CM notified me and provided goodies to compensate. I would do business with ChiyoMiwa again... Especially if LUTS releases some other KDF Ani Girl head!

 

ChiyoMiwa faced-up my 2 unidoll heads and I couldn't be happier with them. I am over the moon with her work. Thanks so much!!!
PS:As above, there was a shipping delay, but I was kept informed, so it didn't bother me.

 

I had ChiyoMiwa do a face-up on my SDC Kurt then blush his finned forearms and webbed hands. He was received by her on the 8th of November.

Everything was fine until she received my head then communication died. She would login but ignore my PMs. After having a paging thread opened she still continued to ignore my PMs while replying to others.

She never mentioned that there was a possibility that the face-up would take longer than the two weeks stated in her thread until the paging thread was opened. So, I didn't get my head back until December 6th, twice the allotted time.

Once I received my head and extra bits back I found the face-up to be stunning yet the extra bits to be rushed and flawed. Upon asking for a refund of the work done upon the hands and fins she proceeded to tell me that her account was over drafted from refunding another member. After asking said member if this refund really occurred I found out that ChiyoMiwa hadn't given this member a refund.

I didn't receive my refund until December 24th.

After two months of this ordeal I believe I can safely say that I will not commission ChiyoMiwa again.

 

I received my head today and it is GORGEOUS! The faceup is so well done, that I am blown away! Also, considering that I commissioned over the holiday season, I don't think it took long at all I am VERY satisfied Thank you so much
