She was very helpful with choosing the best method for shipping, as this was my first time shipping something to Malaysia and I honestly didn't know anything about it! Payments were very prompt, communication was kept up very well on her end and it was an all around pleasure to deal with with her. I wouldn't mind doing business again with her at all~

Clowve is frickin' rad. She was very patient about a delay in shipping some hands out to her, wouldn't accept my offer of a refund. Bless this dear girl's heart! Start to finish, she was a great customer to have, and I'd happily sell more loot to her in the future! Thank you!!!

 

Clowve is excellent to commission art from. She is so talented, and she finished my headshot in no time! I'd would definitely commission her again some time and would recommend her! She communicated instantly too, and was so nice!

Bought a pocketwatch from her. XD I couldn't pay by Paypal because Paypal doesn't like me.. (I'm having some problems with it too), but luckily I'm in the same country as her and so I could pay her by transfering to her bank account. And in truth, this is my first time actually purchasing from a DoA member, furthermore a local one too. XD She replied to every of my questions and being very patient with me. I asked too many questions too. <.<;

The pocketwatch came to my doorstep the next day, and I am very happy with the watch. ^-^ It is more beautiful than in the pictures. XD And it really functions too! Really pretty to make for a necklace too. So yeah. I would love to purchase from her again. (Also wanna meet her too. XD)

 

Purchased two watches and a camera from Clowve. Communication was great and items came extremly well packaged. took awhile for me to get them out of bubble wrap. Shipping took longer then estimated but that was probably due to customs and all the storms we've been having. All in all it was a great transaction!! Thank you again!

I ordered a SLR camera from clowve waaaay back in October. XD;; The camera never arrived, probably lost in the mail, and I sent off a PM to her letting her know. Despite the fact that she was on vacation, she replied promptly to me and offered to send off a replacement camera the next day.

The shipping was exceptionally slow (it took a month, omg! XD;; ), but it totally wasn't her fault. I just got the package today and it's everything that I would want for the camera! ^^ I'm super happy with it and I really appreciate the concerns, promptness, and understanding that clowve expressed all throughout the transaction. Would definitely do business again in the future~

Clowve recently purchased a sleeping Elf Shiwoo head from me off of eBay. She paid promptly, had excellent communication, and was very friendly and a pleasure to do business with! A perfect transaction!

 

I commissioned clowve for a piece of art and I am very happy with the end result. She is a wonderful artist and she did a good job of capturing my character in her painting~ Her communication was exceptional and she was just overall a joy to work with, and she is so nice, too!
