Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       (this feedback is long over-due! I have since had another transaction with Collie and when wanting to leave her feedback for that one, I realized I never left one for the first!)

      I participated in a Split hosted by Collie during SOOM's Free Choice event.
      The doll was ordered on layaway, and communication over the months was always prompt and friendly. :)
      Split terms were clear and spelled out from the start, this is something that can sometimes get tricky especially since we are from different countries and duty was assessed on the doll. There were no surprises at the end, everything was exactly as expected, Collie is extremely professional. :D
      All my items arrived safely from SOOM and then safely a second time from Collie. I would definitely recommend her! Thank you <3

      This is my second transaction with Collie :)
      I purchased a pair of SOOM Serin mermaid ears from her and once again everything was excellent!
      She went above and beyond when I accidentally had her mail the ears to the wrong address, which was 100% completely my fault.
      Thankfully, everything sorted itself out quickly! She is wonderful and I cannot wait to deal with her again. Thank you! :aheartbea

    19. Collie was an amazing person to work with. I contacted her about a sale of her SOOM yosds and she was prompt with replies, flexible with payments, and amiable to my layaway plan. She packed my doll very nicely, taking into consideration that this doll was going to be a gift. She also went above and beyond when I asked to purchase a pair of her eyes, photographing them in good lighting to make sure I was receiving what I wanted. All in all, a very satisfying experience, I would recommend this seller and her generous heart in a heartbeat!
