  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     14. I bought a Volks YoSD Nana from Janet, and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Communication was nothing less than a dream. Nana was shipped quickly and packaged with care. When a bump in shipping occurred she called immediately me AND the shipping courier to make sure things were straightened out quickly!

      Nobodies fault, these things happen. UK Parcelforce Express to USA made things a little complicated when it came to tracking her. Since the tracking was only available through Royal Mail and no courier tracking system in the USA it was not clear which courier the package was being handled with once it entered the country. Only that due to an "address problem" the package was being held somewhere near the town I live in, and awaiting senders further instruction. What really happened is that nobody was home to sign for the package! To make matters worse, we were unsure whether she would go through USPS, UPS, FedEX, DHL, or another courier so I had no idea where I would go to pick up where she was being held. Turns out FedEX had her hostage.

      I would absolutely recommend Janet as a seller to anybody. You could only be so lucky as to have a person care as much about you receiving your doll in perfect condition as you are. You can rest assured when the mail system is going to cause problems, she will do everything in her power to make sure things turn out nothing less than perfect.

      That being said, thank you Janet from all my heart! I feel like I was dealing with a caring friend and not a stranger. <3
