Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. They were really friendly and had good communication; they shipped quickly and provided tracking. The items arrived in perfect condition and were packed safely.     8. Cutiepie purchased my DC Alberta off the mp right before USPS made the news for all of the wrong reasons. She was great to work with- communicative, paid very quickly, and very friendly.. even when the package didn't arrive and we got notified that Alberta was considered 'lost' by USPS :...( Cutiepie was so understanding and kind throughout the whole process, and even though this is my first time ever having a doll get lost in the mail, I really appreciated that she was there helping me sort out the issue instead of being upset with me. I wouldn't hesitate to have more transactions in the future, and if Alberta shows up she will be the first to know. Highly recommend her for MP transactions, she is a fantastic person!

      HAPPY UPDATE: over a month later, Alberta showed up! Cutiepie messaged me immediately to let me know that after a long adventure, Alberta was ok and finally home. I have no idea what happened to Alberta, or why she went on a joyride to.. somewhere.. but I'm thrilled for the happy ending. Thanks again Cutiepie, for being so understanding and kind through it all!

    10. I traded one of my dolls for a Doll Leaves Puppet from Cutiepie, and it's been a stellar experience every step of the way. She provided very fast and friendly service, and hand-stitched an entire set of clothing for Puppet, and shipped everything safely and carefully. I would definitely do business with her again, and appreciate the experience. Most certainly recommend!

    11. I did a trade with Cutiepie. Her Aimerai Scraps full set for my Fairyland Coco fullset and Dollzone head. It was a super friendly, pleasant transaction. Even through the whole Covid situation and the restraints put on postage etc, this was a great transaction. Cutiepie was great at communicating throughout and provided clear, good photos of her doll, including any potential issues. The doll was very well packaged and arrived safe and sound. Everything was as described. I would be happy to deal with Cutiepie again in the future.
