It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     11. I participated in dangercraft's Mako eye GO. It was a large order: 29 participants, 56 pairs of eyes, and everything was super smooth. dangercraft kept us updated all the time and we could clearly keep track of our order status every step of the way. Communication was fast, invoices were sent out quickly, and the eyes were also shipped quickly when they arrived.

      My mail carrier messed up and delivered my eyes to the wrong house. dangercraft promptly file a claim with the post office for me and kept in touch with me until I got everything resolved with the post office and finally received my eyes. Thanks dangercraft! :D

      My post office gave me heartburn, but dangercraft was a joy to work with. I will not hesitate to participate in future transactions with him.

    12. I recently joined a Minifee split with dangercraft. I could not have asked for a better host, seriously. He ran it very professionally, including prompt messages whenever a development in the order occurred as well as posting public updates so that everything was accountable. Communication was 100% through and fast, and he shipped promptly upon receiving the order. I would happily participate in any transactions with him again, seriously. He was so nice to work with! Thank you so much, I can't express how much I appreciate everything. :)

There are messages every step of the way, invoices that are thoroughly explained and promptly sent, and my part of the GO arrived quickly, safely, and very sweetly packaged! :) I would happily join another GO run by Locke! ♥

    18. i participated in dangercraft's makoeyes GO and everything went swimmingly! invoices were sent promptly and everything was shipped out just as quickly! i received my eyes very quickly and they were nicely packaged!! (some delicious chocolate mints were included too, which i absolutely adored-- i might just go out and buy myself some..!! :o)
      he also sent me a picture of my items when they arrived to confirm they were the proper ones!!
      10/10 great experience, would definitely order with again!! ^0^
