I just purchased an incredibly beautiful Phoenix Liu head from @Darkling. Communication was really quick and friendly, and Liu arrived safe and sound, very carefully packaged, in the original Phoenix box with COA. @Darkling even included some (delicious!) chocolates in the box as a gift

I sold @Darkling an Idealian 72cm body in Tawny resin, I appreciate how patient they were with me, as it took several days to hunt down the CoA and brain, ha! Great buyer, paid when they said they would and was a pleasure to work with overall, highly recommended.

Darkling sold me a Soom ID75 body and was the absolute perfect seller!
They got back to me very quickly. Communication was absolutely lovely and friendly. I contacted them on Tuesday and by Friday afternoon I had the doll in my possession!
The doll was packed very well and arrived safely. When I mentioned it was a birthday present to myself they even included a birthday card with some goodies.

Purchased a Dollsbe Carrot from Darkling and she was packed very well and shipped very quick. There was some miscommunication from DHL in that they were only shipping by sea and not air as usual (because of COVID) and this was not communicated to Darkling. This resulted in a little bit of worry as the shipping did not update for weeks but Darkling was very patient with me and talked to the DHL office on my behalf which was so very much appreciated. She arrived in absolutely beautiful condition and everything was so wonderful. Really appreciated all the help! Thank you!

How can I say? Darkling is amazing! I bought her RG Williams and we had a problem with shipping carriers being delayed for over a month. Darkling was kind and patient enough to be with me through the whole tiresome month. The doll finally arrived safe and sound yesterday. I would definitely love to do business with them again.
