Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I purchased a Y.Cen ChongLin in Tawny of Darkling. Overall, I had a really amazing experience! She was super communicative, friendly, and quick to ship. She warned me that there might be delays with the carriers but the doll arrived in less than a month which is a win! Darkling also took extra measures to ensure he was packaged safely and even sent me pictures of the packing progress. She also let me know when the doll reached my country which was super thoughtful! I would happily recommend other to purchase from Darkling and I would be more than happy to work with her again :)

      I purchased a Soom Dia head and a magnificent throne chair from @Darkling and had a great transaction with terrific communication, fast responses and she kept me up to date with all the shipping progress, pictures and tracking. Then, USPS managed to misplace our box, and we had many shenanigans with customer service before we finally got them to deliver successfully. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the support and camaraderie from Darkling throughout, above and beyond. The chair and head were packaged extremely well and survived their ridiculous journey perfectly. I'd do business again anytime, thank you so much again for this beautiful boy, gorgeous chair, and your patience and care for me and the transaction. <3

    6. I purchased a Soom Isha Fantasy Body via layaway from @Darkling and from top to bottom it was a wonderful experience. She is extremely kind and an absolute joy to communicate with! I told her about my plans for the body and she was so supportive I cannot express enough how much I appreciate it and how much I enjoy chatting with her! She is absolutely wonderful with keeping you up-to-date with the entire process- from the packing, to the shipping, to the arrival of the body.

      Now let me tell you I've never received a doll so well packed in my life, ever! Not even on direct purchase from the company. Isha was packed for armageddon and arrived in perfect condition despite USPS's tendency to use packages like a football. He also arrived in a weeks time for me which is the fastest I've ever received anything from overseas!

      I've been in the hobby for 10 years now and I've rarely seen someone so thorough in packing, pictures, shipping - everything start to finish. The doll was exactly as described, everything was flawless when it came in. She was SO friendly to talk to and I feel honored she allowed me to be the one who got to adopt this beautiful boy.

Prompt responses and kept me updated all along. Shipped very quickly and everything was extremely well packed. The head and body arrived safely and in perfect condition.

    12. I purchased three elaborate discontinued Iplehouse outfit sets from Darkling. We negotiated a short layaway very easily. Darkling was at all times, courteous, friendly, forthright, and professional. The payments went smoothly. Invoices were timely sent. The outfits themselves are just spectacular, exactly as described with all their components. The outfits were perfectly packaged. Darkling shipped immediately after my last payment cleared. I highly recommend Darling as a seller.
