  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       I managed to snap off one of Kenshin's fingers. :( Dolls & Friends had a set of spare hands in stock and got them to me within just a few days! :)

      Saved my hide, they did. I owed them a big thank-you!.

      * How was the communication? Very good. They let me know that they were at a convention, and would ship the wig as soon as they got back.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy, paid via paypal. I also enclosed a payment towards my Dollheart outfit layaway.
      * How long did it take to ship? It was shipped on July 24th, when they got back from the convention; and arrived on July 28th.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? talk to them, and they haunt DZ until it got fix. >.> but they still got some things wrongs, guess i'll retouch up it later on.

      * How was the communication? - Absolutely brilliant. Kathy answered every question and enquiry within a day, if not within hours.
      * How easy was it to pay? - Very easy.
      * How long did it take to ship? - No more than a few days.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? - Lovely
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? - Yep.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes.

      My original order with dollsandfriends was actually something really different - I had pre-ordered an Orientdoll Il but a month-and-a-half in life-stuff led me to changing my mind. They were extremely nice about it, accepted my cancellation without asking any questions, charged a very small restocking fee (equal to the pre-order down-payment, which is a lot less than I've seen with other stores), and let me chose if I wanted the rest of my money back as store credit or a refund.

      And in the end Kathy didn't even charge me the restocking fee after all. It was a really nice experience all around.

      The doll was put on layaway on August 12th and paid off September 2. I added the outfit to the order when I paid it off.
      * How was the communication?
      Completely amazing! They replied to all emails within a few hours and were extremely sweet and understanding. Probably the best customer service I've ever had!
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy! I did layaway payments through paypal. They even let me have 3rd parties make payments for me.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      She shipped on September 3rd and I got her today, September 5th.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes! She and clothes are very well-made and detailed.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      She's the spitting image of the photos! I couldn't ask for more! The outfit is actually cuter IRL.

      100% I adore D&F! I will certainly do business with them in the future!

      I have ordered from them several times, including three Dollheart Fer pre-orders and an Elfdoll LE set (though the Elfdoll set hasn't arrived yet).

      Multiple times over the past year.

      * How was the communication?
      Wonderful! The crew at Dolls and Friends are great about keeping customers updated, and emails were always replied to within 24 hours. They're very friendly and overall just great to do business with.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy. Flexible layaway plans are great for doll purchases. I paid using Paypal for all my purchases, and a confirmation email was always sent to let me know that payment was received.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      All the items I've ordered from them were Pre-order, so there was a wait. However, once the items arrive and final payment is confirmed, they ship very quickly. One of my Fers was not shipped on time due to a clerical error, but when I emailed them asking about it, they were very apologetic. They even refunded my entire shipping cost and then sent the Fer via a faster shipping method!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, as all the items I've bought have standardized pricing set by their parent companies (Dollheart, Elfdoll).

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes, the Fers do look like the photos, and are even more beautiful in person.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Absolutely.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      In my experience, Dolls and Friends has always placed a high priority on customer service, and they are very willing to work with their customers to resolve any problems that come up.


      Overall, I very highly recommend Dolls and Friends. If an item I want is offered through them, I won't get it anywhere else. ^_^
       
    10. i have a question about their layaway ^^

      I have right now an AoD Jing Ge on layaway, but heres there question, do they tell you how much you have left of do you ahve to guess? because i dont know what the shipping is so i have no clue how much more it is ><
